Good to know. Hopefully this might be a part of 1.3? Then events like this could exclude kills as a source of WP.
Great first Logi event. Short, not too grindy, and over a holiday weekend here in the States. Perhaps the start of bi-annual Logi Events???
Council Rep Tool should be somewhere between the BDR-2 and the Core, but have dual rep beams. Actually, even just a BDR-2 with better range and dual beams would be a nice BPO.

Not everyone has enough free time to earn 20,000 WP per day for 5 days straight. Maybe one day they will release a hard core no lifer event for folks just like you. The officer naming event was pretty hardcore no lifer.
I do ask, what would be difficult for you to achieve? 250,000 WP in 5 days? As well as 2,500 kills? Would that be hardcore enough for you?

Nope! Any suit or method of obtaining WP it seems. Perhaps in 1.3 they will be able to add suit / WP type restrictions, but for now it's just an event that is geared towards non slayers so they can complete an event relatively easily as well. I don't think people comprehend how difficult the Kill X enemies events are for support players.
