The stacking penalty on dmg mods in the display is not showing correctly, works in game, "just" a display bug Can you guys fix that real quick? It's really annoying and it's a thing that hasn't been fixed since beta. I could use a calculator but it would be much easier if it's just displayed in game.
it was added in Warlords 1.1 or 1.2, so certainly not since beta. I don't rate it a high value bug.

Do you rate EOM screen bug and not being able to view / join squads in match a high priority bug fix? two of the most annoying bugs for me right now, top of my list of things that i want to see fixed anyway.

Sister of Eve prospective agent search: Complete 6 Primary Hacks.

I'm not sure how the Battle Finder categories are structured (server-wise), but is it possible to take special missions such as the Amar Challenge we have now, and list them in the "Other Contracts" category?

Rather than "announce them" in the intro log-on screen, can you "sneak" them regularly in the Other Contract" section, for a limited period of time?

Might be kind of fun for a player lucky enough to spot the "mission" can complete it and brag that she got a special Gallente Skin that was awarded in the 3-day Special Contract challenge that the other players failed to notice.

swap your harddrive for an SSD. That's supposedly a guaranteed performance booster as the textures are too big for the memory on the PS3 and are read from disk. It's pretty discouraging when the lead dev suggests swapping out the HDD on your system just to get halfway reasonable performance :/

You can't blame the devs for the shortcomings of the ps3....

Agreed. That EOM bug pops up all the time for nearly all of us on a regular basis. Removing that one bug would be such a burden lifted of the game right now and I would think it would be quite an easy fix?

Its worth noting, all that you need is a drive capable of 5400rpm and 1.5gb/s. And if you have stuff on your old hard drive you want to save, you're going to want a USB hard drive to back stuff up on before installing the new one.

We're talking about the merits of SSDs, and whilst the throughput you're talking about can make a difference, and certainly cannot exceed 1.5GB/s on the SATA interface the PS3 uses, it is the access times that give SSDs a clear advantage.

The rpm (spindle speed) you mention only applies to mechanical drives; there is no rotation involved with SSDs.

The stacking penalty on dmg mods in the display is not showing correctly, works in game, "just" a display bug As an aside, the Krin's damage mod only has a change in sidearm damage displayed on the stats screen, even though it's also supposed to affect light weapons. Is that also just a display bug? Yes, it is just a bug.

Buy a 12gb Super Slim PS3. it comes with 12GB flash memory which is basically the sam ething as an SSD harddrive and the 12gb ps3 will probs be cheaper, if not same price as an SSD which are normally -ú1--ú2 per gig storage. i got a preowned one, unboxed from CEX (UK) and it was -ú70, mixed with my skyfibre dust is a completley different game, actually enjoyable. 10mbps upload works wonders

You're quoting SSD prices from a long time ago.

SSDs can be had for 25p / GB these days. Prices are still dropping too, and the rate is set to increase with 3D NAND tech.
