A few finer points, if he is a new player any of the aforementioned corps, who are established and have been around would be Elite by comparison, maybe not to you but, perspective.
Rattati is a developer. Doesn't have anything to do with his hand eye coordination, just like a boxing trainer who was never a great boxer per se.
I fight the same people across the board on all of my characters, maybe just a symptom of times, and server populus.
