Hi all,
I just finished my most frustrating evening of Dust ever...
Every match I faced Outer.Heaven, Dem Durrty Boyz, Corrosive Synergy, Negative-feedback. Large elite corps. All of them running proto. All of them killing me in .3 of a second.
None of them even going below half shields when I shoot them.
My kdrs for tonights matches:
.2, .4, .2, .09, .4
I don't belong in the top bracket. I haven't skilled a proto suit and can't afford to run proto weapons on this character. I don't want to play PC yet it seems PC players are the only ones I get to play against.
Why is there no place for those who can't afford to run proto to play. I'm so tired of playing against people who destroy me with a COD like TTK while taking little to no damage from my weapons.

Use your rattatai master dropsuit, kubo plasma cannon, 3 myo stimulents for the mega jump, any kind of flaylock pistol, two kincats, one cardio regulator,, the last two low slots could be things like.... armor repairers, ferroscales, reactive plates, profile dampeners. grenades to flavor
for equipment I'd suggest either a nice scanner, or one of the (R) nanohives for healing and ammo. |

In Chromosome, if you got the drop on a Vet, you usually killed that Vet. Didn't matter if they were running proto gear. You would've loved it ... the ability to outsmart and outplay the opposition.
Then Uprising happened. It was as thought we Vets got together and voted for ourselves ..
* higher strafe speeds ("watch my L33T bullet weaving skils, brah")
* weaker weapons and deeper HP pools ("I deserve a chance to respond, brah")
* larger squad sizes ("I need to run pubs with all five of my friends, brah!")
Shoot scout with yes. - Ripley Riley (for CPM2)

Or better yet, a kubo PLC and an agimus MD, forgot the rattatai can have two light weapons. |

You sir have been the dev that dust players always wished they had back in the early days. I love the way you actively play the game and interact with the players. In my opinion, your hard work and passion for the game have almost singlehandedly pulled this game back from the brink of extinction.
I'm not anybody's boss in Dust, but I have been in real life, and I know a good employee when I see one.

Hell, I have a 3 day old account that I made to test the new matchmaking. Skipped the Academy and went straight to pubs. First match was newer people I never heard about, and I felt bad killing them so I kept my distance. Second match, I came across an NF alliance squad in acquisition mode. I had to play smart, but they stomped my side and I went 11/2. Third match: Against Random Gunz/Planet Express and half a squad of 0.H..
So it isn't you, something is funky with the matchmaking.

well he didnt create the game, he took over after the original guy either couldnt keep working on it or decided (or it was decided for him) to stop working on it.
Tho to be fair I do create my own games ( just never actually make them) so I'm a game creator as well. |
