I don't belong in the top bracket. I haven't skilled a proto suit and can't afford to run proto weapons on this character. I don't want to play PC yet it seems PC players are the only ones I get to play against.
Why is there no place for those who can't afford to run proto to play. I'm so tired of playing against people who destroy me with a COD like TTK while taking little to no damage from my weapons.

Wolf lol DDB is sucks some serious ball sacks, and I am not allowed to say anything about Corrosive Synergy as they are in my alliance.
You don't have to like a Corp just because they're in our alliance, just can't attack them xD. (I'm just glad beast disbanded his old Corp that was full of noobs and fan boys to make a Corp with some competent players)

Note he said every proto suit. In my exp CCP Rattati doesn't break out the officer gear unless you've earned special attention 
Archduke uses all officer all the time XD. CCP Spider I think it was is the only one I saw use bpo stuff (basic sentinel bpo)
