Why does it feel so crappy? Even when I tank out 400+ armor in a cal assault, it feels like 100.
Is it a mentality thing that when you hop into a caldari suit, you rely on shields so much that you see your armor fly by or are they really crappy?

I run a gallente armour, 800 HP total and yet in battle it goes down like it has half of what it really is, thankfully the reactive plates make up for the squishyness

Funny enough, Reactives don't get the bonus from the Armor Plating skill. |

If Rattati wants to or is already on the tiericide effort, then Reactives should get the bonus from the Armor Plating skill. But you have to balance that throught out all dropsuits and classes.

Comparing their stats to minmatar, they seem pretty sound.
They could just use a little more shield HP, and higher shield regen on commandos.
Also don't see what the problem is with caldari logis, or their skill. Repair nanohives seem to be their thing.

You're complaining why caldari armor feels paper thin... I am pretty sure we're talking about how much cheaper it is to shield things than to patch all the holes all the time despite how shielding systems makes the operators feel very sick.

TARs, ARs, BARs, and HMGs are also common.
I am rather disappointed that BrARs (Despite still melting shields like nothing at ADV) are rarely seen.

Those first three aren't even as common together as a Combat Rifle, from my experience.
HMG's are... well... they're anti armor but like the SCR they shred things so quickly I don't even think it's worth mentioning it as an anti armor weapon.

Because hit detection on certain suits are wonky as hell so since shield are ineffective against most weapons even non shield weapons nail almost every shot sp doesnt matter how much shield u stack
