Change your shields for Hulk's Blue Gatorade, add another kincat, and a green bottle. Add a flaylock instead of a rifle and uplinks instead of a cloak. Remove a kincat and downgrade whatever is used least for advanced fits. You shall be the most annoying person for the enemy to deal with now.

The Minja has very good stamina and regen, so it doesn't need a Cardiac. Going without Damps is an absolute no-no. Rifle > Flaylock. I use a different fit for Links.
But I'm a pirate/ninja/raptor. Shields are unnecessary, explosives are fun, and links are for the stupid blues that never put them down. I am an all-in-one machine. As long as I don't kill myself by fall damage. Because that's more dangerous than any gun. |

The other scout is the Minmatar Assault. This is the best recommendation. |
