AE swapped their timers long before they were kicked out of alliance and mass attacked. Because I told spoke with Kujo and Matt about it before the mass attack/being kicked out of alliance happened to make sure you had time to prepare. And to your other point about backstabbing sooner...the 2 best laid plans we had were to get someone in ERA to give someone in FA control of districts (which happened and was the reason we planned to mass sell all of their districts) and the other plan was to cause conflict...but it indeed did take a while... Am I taking credit for the fall of DNS? Not a chance. Do I think that leaking intel to AE was important? It played out like it did so who knows... Who knows what would have happened had FA + ERA mass attacked AE before they could swap timers and NS had truly remained out of it (their original intent until Kane pissed them off my trying to splinter support) It's kind of moot.
