Kept hoping for a mil(or 2) clone challenge, so i could get the sp for my pro logi
Only the bpo might be good.
1000x wbc is crap, bump it to 5/10k
20keys mightt be a bit less(better than wbc tho) 25 ok
No sp reward disappoints me the most, that one time while i stacked 2 omegas and 1 active, game felt truly ez mode(50k 1 bush/2.6 mil cap), all from missions. Hoping to burn my omegas again. |

Yes, i know, a dropship is not that expensive. But you can see that giving everybody an unlimited amount of them would be a bit weird right?
I mean, gameplay wise? The whole idea of group transport would go out the window if everybody could call in a dropship at a whim for an unlimited nr of times. But maybe iGÇÖm just being a partypooper, and war thunder/dogfighting 514 would be awesome and PLC duck hunting dropships is a mini game in itself so why not...

Having participated in the 1 million clone challenge, we got to 2 million easily but that was a different time: the days before the TTK initiative.
An un-named BPO that is revealed the day after the event ends and made specifically for this event and this event only. I'm not familiar with the daily clone count but that's a lot of faith to put into the player base.
1000 Warbarge components is a nice addition, but it's a small gain when it costs 2500+ for upgrades to the warbarge.
20 keys: nice touch, but not going to put a very big dent in everyone's salvage pile
As mentioned by others, will a "confirmed kill" warpoint bonus be implimented? It's nice to see 15 kills on your score, but what if 10 were revived? Seems more like stuns, or wounds more than kills.
Proposal: adjust kills to be 45 points with an additional 5 points given when the clone is confirmed dead either by bleedout, explosive, headshot, or chosen respawn. Call it "Kill confirmed" and we're all set. Alternately, make it like a warpoint bonus like the objective defense: give 5 points when the clone finally finishes.
Just my 2 isk on the matter. I've been around for 2 years and I don't plan to quit now

That's just the thing though, a BPO isn't something everyone can use. Sure, an LAV might arguably be something nice for everyone to have but we've got plenty of the damn things already. APEX suits, Dropsuit BPOs, and Weapon BPOs don't apply to a majority, let alone everyone, so you have to think:
What single item could be good enough to warrant an event this size as well as apply to most amount of players without having to invest a bunch of SP?
And the only thing I can think of is the one item that doesn't require any SP at all that everyone already has.
Have a suggestion for the Planetary Services Department?

I would like to make a recommendation to how you should do these types of events. I am not sure how hard 5 million will be but what if we end up with 3 million, 4 million? or some other close amount. Instead of saying it is all or nothing, take what you are thinking and tier with increasing rewards to keep people going for more. At each milestone, give players something at the end of the event based on which tier the player based reached.
Example. Reward tiers:
- Kill 1 Million Clones: x250 Warbarge Components
- Kill 2 Million Clones: x10 Decryptor Keys
- Kill 3 Million Clones: x250 Warbarge Components
- Kill 4 Million Clones: x500 Warbarge Components + x10 Decryptor Keys
- Kill 5 Million Clones: x1 Event BPO
- Each Additional 500k kills: x100 Warbarge Components + x5 Decryptor Keys
This gives a feeling of reward at each progress level and there would far less disappointment if an event would ever fail.

I guarantee you it's going to be a Caldari BPO of some sort.
Regardless of more Caldari items the Warbarge and the keys especially is what's exciting me.
As long as 4/5 (80%) of infantry AV weapons are Anti Armor based you're never going to achieve vehicle balance CCP

To bad i never got a bpo. Im not gonna buy one either. Im not cheap like other people and spam out winning factions i had to try and grind caldari factional. I quit at 50,000 it was just to hard it makes no sense for gallente to just automatically start winning

BPO better not be yet another beta suit (Cal assault, Min logi, Am sentinel, and Gal scout) because we have enough of those. We also have enough AR BPOs as well.

I started playing just a few days ago and missed out on the easy sp. Where's my sp? because I'm gonna be 10.000 of the 5 million clones destroyed. because this game is terrible until youve played for a month or spent $20. |

5-10 minutes a piece with 5 days and multiple matches. Unless I did my math wrong (Highly likely at the moment) that's 90.5 games a day if it was 1 game running at a time. We hit 2 million in 2 days way back.
