Having participated in the 1 million clone challenge, we got to 2 million easily but that was a different time: the days before the TTK initiative.
An un-named BPO that is revealed the day after the event ends and made specifically for this event and this event only. I'm not familiar with the daily clone count but that's a lot of faith to put into the player base.
1000 Warbarge components is a nice addition, but it's a small gain when it costs 2500+ for upgrades to the warbarge.
20 keys: nice touch, but not going to put a very big dent in everyone's salvage pile
As mentioned by others, will a "confirmed kill" warpoint bonus be implimented? It's nice to see 15 kills on your score, but what if 10 were revived? Seems more like stuns, or wounds more than kills.
Proposal: adjust kills to be 45 points with an additional 5 points given when the clone is confirmed dead either by bleedout, explosive, headshot, or chosen respawn. Call it "Kill confirmed" and we're all set. Alternately, make it like a warpoint bonus like the objective defense: give 5 points when the clone finally finishes.
Just my 2 isk on the matter. I've been around for 2 years and I don't plan to quit now

5-10 minutes a piece with 5 days and multiple matches. Unless I did my math wrong (Highly likely at the moment) that's 90.5 games a day if it was 1 game running at a time. We hit 2 million in 2 days way back.
Follow the twitter, you'll be surprised

Follow the twitter, you'll be surprised I just dont believe there's that many people playing dust and there sure as **** aren't with this 4 hour downtime going on right now. We better get extra time added on for all the server maint if we aren't close to the goal. I've been playing dust for a week and haven't seen the downtime be anywhere near 30 minutes for the whole time.
CCP takes efforts to make sure things run smoothly. It's a free game and if we need a 4 hour downtime to fix bugs and add things, so be it. They extend events if there are issues, and they do their best. Have patience and suit up: 17,000-34,000 players have been on at the same time, that's 30-50 deaths each for the goal. Since K/D is over-rated, I have no problems getting 200 deaths for the community.
Just watch: 1-2 problems will arise, but the event will succeed one way or another

Brush Master wrote:FYI, the 17,000-34,000 is incorrect, that number includes eve pilots. CCP made that change a while back from displaying online dust players to all players on the server. I believe the assumption was that it was looking bad with only 2-3k players online during peak hours, so the past dev team changed it. If you want more details on how many players are getting on at once, I suggest looking here http://eve-offline.net/?server=dust
My mistake, I forgot they implemented that. 2500 death per player on average with 2000 players online. The CPM has faith, and CCP may need to sweeten the deal to pull in the desired results. I won't be surprised if "Unexpected additional rewards" show up.

Given some time to think it over, I think the BPO is a 1-type-fits-all Pilot suit to go with our Warbarges (in fluff, not literally).
1 Sidearm, 2 high, 2 low, 2 equipment, and no skill requirements. a fair CPU/PG allowance and some kind of vehicle bonus like a speed boost or turn speed or some vehicle bonus that fits LAV, HAV and Dropships

Do you mean every active player? I must log in every day during the event, to receive the items?
I'm fairly certain this means that as long as you win 3 games in that 5 day period, you're qualified for the rewards

Well after 5 days of ISK burning and watching blues leave, where do we stand? 0.7 Million over the weekend does not add up. I saw proto needles, but nowhere near enough to discount that many kills. Basically a whole day worth of kills is unaccounted for.
Also, I encountered a handful of match-making issues. I've been pulled into matches with 0 clones remaining 4 times in 5 days. As well as playing a game of 5 vs 12. Don't get me wrong, that was my best game to date, but we had that at 35/50 clones remaining with no reinforcement. I know it takes time to modify and test new code, so I'm not mad: just giving an honest account.
Based on the time extension message, we're getting a module BPO. Likely a dropsuit module, but what kind? I bet on a Damage mod, or a Biotic (Myofibril seems likely).
We'll make the deadline now
