Bringing up the zoom would also hurt the Std and Charge variant at the closer ranges where you can actually hit your target.... idk about you but I would like my zoom to be better tailored to the ranges I'm effective at, than to the ones where i can't actually hit my target..
btw IMHO the roles of the sniper variants should be changed.... while the Tac and Std variants are performing rather well the charge is falling behind Its really hard to get head-shots with it ,and the executioner role is better filled by the Std variant...
my proposed changes for snipers
Std: 10% sway reduction Std 225 350% headshot multiplier Adv 250 450m range Pro 275
Tac: Change to PLC reticule Std 200 350 m range Adv 210 20% sway reduction Pro 221
Charge: no sway reduction 250% Headshot Multiplier Adv 350 550m range Pro 385 Increase zoom

Snipers do not need a range increase.. I'd rather not go back to where they can be in their redline and snipe the enemy redline at the same time..

Is it possible to give Snipers a selection of Zooms? (Rather like some old FPS games)

Hit detection is a separate issue that for the sake of balancing I am going to ignore or well end up doing the shotgun dance of yore.

No. Forks. It's not finished. If you're asking about the Charge sniper, then that's a definite No.
The Roden is a decent bolt-action style sniper, but it's not a regular contender.

Anyways is there any balance concerns over the current rodens vs the other rifles? I am pretty sure the 1 shot per mag deal is going to stay for it.

Could you change the charge sniper so it has one shot in magazine but does 550 damage?

Tried running the Ishukone Sniper Rifle today ...
The headshot multiplier is great, but it is damn near impossible to line up a headshot on a moving target. If a target's wiggling at longish range, I'll miss him 3 out of 5 times aiming center mass. Aim for the head and I'll miss 5 for 5. It seems to be a total crapshoot; headshots on a moving target are more about chance than skill or effort.
So aim for the body, right?
If it's a Scout you're shooting at, you hit him once then he begins to evade. With a little luck, you'll hit him again and get the kill before he reaches cover. But if it is anything else, you have to hit him again and again and often again and again. This isn't so bad a requirement with the Tac SR, but the Ishukone fires too dang slow and kicks too dang hard for a weapon which requires multiple, consecutive shots to kill.
Not sure what to suggest.
Adding inertia on directional change would help with target tracking and the "crapshoot" aspect. Perhaps better zoom fidelity, reduced sway, and/or an ever-so-slightly faster rate of fire?
Shoot scout with yes.
