Ewar needs to be buffed back to previous levels, other than that, I'd say they're balanced at this point. Strafing Caldari scouts are still annoying and hard as hell to kill, but so are strafing Minmatar and Caldari assaults. That's another topic though.

I think certain aspects need work on, while others are just fine.
At this point, I would rather see some of the other suits adjusted correctly (Speed and HP on Commando, Logi, and Assault).
Amarr really needs a role.
And fix the cloaking switch bugs like sprinting after switching to weapons negates the switch and leaves you defenseless, or how switching from an equipped but inactive cloak still forces the delay.
There are some indirect buffs that will come with backpedal and myofibril and I think that is a good place to start with. I would rather make small changes as needed going forward than some of the bigger changes that have occured.

They're overall fine, just move the ewar bonuses to modules and take away the ridiculous scan range penalty of the cloak and I think it will be perfect. |

Bit of tweaking.
Bonus to module equiped, gal get bonus to dampener etc.
Buff base shield regen on assaults Cal and Min. IMHO theres no way a scout suit with no bonus to shield regen quicker (my gal scout) then a suit based off shields Cal and Min.
I think a buff to Logi HP in general, mostly for lower levels is due.
I want my favorite suits tweaked but others need tweaking as well to not make it scout 514 all over again.

-Scout base range to 25m
-Complex Range Amps to 1.2
-Scan ranges to 20%/75%/100%
-Remove passive scan chevron to mini-map only
This should make passive scanning worth fitting without making it overpowered. The passive on minimap only espceically because it limits shared results with only those squad mates nearby.

I have adv commando, pro scout, pro heavy/hmg, and 3 pro assaults. I use them all frequently and personally I think Dust is currently the most balanced it has ever been in the 18+ months I have been playing.
Scouts were too OP before the ewar/ cloak nerf. I think they are perfect now.
The only thing I think could be done to fully balance the game would be a slight reduction in HMG range and a slight reduction in sentinel turning speed. Heavy/hmg spam is still an issue and I think these two small tweaks still help without crushing the role and purpose of the hmg.
The only real truth in history is that it was bloody.

That amarr scout stamina bonus is also stupid, huge stamina pools are supposed to be innate for amarr - it needs to be replaced with something more useful, you don't see the cal scout having 30HP shield regen then getting +20% to shield regen per level to compensate, it's innate. |

That means Scouts are the most powerful class, cause you have to get within 1 meter to hack an objective, prefect range for a Nova Knife.
Nope, Heavies are fine, the problem is Assaults that think they should be allowed to effortlessly 1v1 every suit in the game. |
