Dear players,
An update on the various issues we had after deploying Warlords 1.0.
Some of them were purely technical, but a few were not. Most have been fixed by the incoming deployment during Downtime and yesterdaysGÇÖ deployment
1)Unforeseen and fixed issues:
Most of the issues were caused by the incompatibility of a part of the client and database, so happened with deployment, not before so could as such not be tested. That includes the:
GÇ£WP to SP threshold for veteransGÇ¥, and GÇ£Subsystem disappearing issueGÇ¥.
They should all work as intended in an hour, after downtime.
Another issue that caused was the SP cap. We have reset the skill cap today so everyone can play with ease and will followup with permanent fixes.
2)Other Fixed Issues:
Quafe Weapons should now have their intended colors.
Quafe Commandos and Logistics will be added to the Marketplace on Tuesday and we apologize for the delay.
Mass Drivers should have their Trail back.
3)Community Feedback Response:
The Warbarge Experimental Laboratory had wrong parameters in the component claim function. We, however, are using the opportunity to change how it works, based on community feedback. The Laboratory will now only create Experimental and Officer Gear, but they will still be claimed for components. You will get random Gear, but as you may know, we also have on our roadmap the ideas of simple crafting to convert them to items you crave or simply trading with players.
Due to popular demand, we will be putting the Faction BPOGÇÖs into the Marketplace, at the same time as Quafe Dropsuits.
We are reviewing the contents of Strongboxes, to not include lower than Prototype gear, and will move the New Player oriented gear to EOM salvage instead, such as skillbooks, Faction Loadouts and Mk2 Dropsuits.
We will be adding more Daily Missions, granting Components and Decryptor Keys
The possibility of ISK alt farming has been eliminated by reducing the sellback price of Warbarge Components.
4)Known and Unsolved Issues:
Automatic Inertia Dampeners have now their GÇ£offGÇ¥ option within the game settings.
The mCRU bug persists, and we will keep working on fixing it.
LAVs, sometimes, seem to still fall through the map.
Multiple descriptions on gear are still not in a place where we want them to be.
Missing Stacking Penalty on damage mods in new Damage Mod information in Fitting Screen
5)Reported Issues but not Verified:
Internal Disconnect on checking Daily Mission rewards,
Renaming APEX suits does not persist,
Hard locking at EOM screen,
Restock to with items not in the Marketplace, not working, even if it does not need that item, and
Deploy into almost over battles: if you are still experiencing this issue, please post all details here.

+ 2 if i could. Will be buying my fabulous Quafe Min Logi next tuesday then.
A good move to up the strongbox drops to proto only. Worst case scenario you get a proto item you haven't specced into but it has a decent resell value. Best case you get something powerful that you want. If a player wants an item more specific than that, he/she really ought to just go out and buy it.

1) MCC health on either side
2) Clones on either side
3) Time remaining
4) Time of battle and your player name, we can look at the battle from then on.
We may need to tweak the formula that decides when a battle is effectively over.

also whats the fix for people with boosters that only received small sp boost due to the 1000sp limit? max i got last night was an additional 2000sp from my 3 boosters (mixed time lengths) whereas i'd be getting far more. not only that but the game became near unplayable around 9-10pm last night that i just gave up

Deploying into almost over battles: Can we get a clear definition of what the baseline is for this?
I got deployed into an "almost over" battle last night, one side had 3/4 points, their MCC over half shields, our MCC about 50% armor (and dropping fast). For me, this match is over..... but I realised it's all relative, as some matches are "over" in 5 minutes when one of the teams is redlined by a proto-stomp.

Thanks for the updates there Ratatti. The database incompatibility was an unfortunate incident but the speed of the fixes has made up for it.
Also kudos for acting on the more constructive feedback regarding the Warbarge sub-sections and the bugs.

I've nipped home to check this and it works fine for me.
Have you done a full shutdown of the game/PS3 before logging back on?

My girlfriend today played in dust, after 1st round she is receive about 8000 sp, and after that, we just turn off the ps3. After turn on, she played more battles and every time revive 1000 sp, with text under "bonus sp is fully getting".
Try play some rounds, and after that turn off the ps3. U will surprised when u got 1000 sp.
CCP fix it faster, then previous time, pls. |

Good to see you continuing to update everyone as we all wade through the Sea of Tears (some warranted, some entitlement).
In regards to the Dropsuit fitting stats...
Having it display the proper damage stacking penalty will be nice. Are there any plans to have the damage bonus from the Warbarge appear in this light and heavy damage modifier stat as well? I would love to see that.

Took a break logged off logged back on bonus sp exhausted again any chance of us getting a reimbursement or compensation on these boosters I have 3 30 day active running myself and getting nothing out of them is really starting to suk |

That's not very prominent in my mind. ****** if that's what they meant. I was hoping there would be a total in the top right of the screen for the squad leader, now that would be useful.

I don't have this problem before earning the five keys, but afterwards, I always get disconnected when checking.
If this game was fun, I wouldn't be playing it.

Whatever you did, my SP pool of 530k left has been deleted, now there are 0 left... So this SP cap reset was useless FMPOV... give it another try 
BTW, Quafe weapons... I found a Quafe Swarm Launcher within the third box I opend using one of the 5 keys, since we have Warlords running...
How comes that it never appeared anywhere in my inventory?? I sent in a ticket but no response yet...

I have not checked today if this had been fixed

SP bonus bug....I logged in had SP bonus and decided to check for bug before activating booster so I logged out and back in only to find bonus SP at 0. Bug is still there.
I was also placed in a match where MCC was approximately 95% destroyed.

I played one match in the morning and receive normal SP bonus. In the afternoon I have the problem with SP cap and could only got 1010 SP per match. I restarted the game but the problem was there again.
I also was deployed in a match with enemy MCC armor less than 50% and our MCC full armor and at least 30% shield (I not sure about this one) . We won but I did not have time to do anything and receive 0 SP.

I think having Advanced/Enhanced gear in the strongboxes would be alright as well.

What sort of details are there other than something like: I go into a match, it was 5 clones & 70 something clones, my team was down to 1/3rd MCC armor and the enemy shields haven't even been broken.

I have experienced the disconnect while checking mission rewards earned screen.
Upon logging back in the bonus SP showed as exhausted.
Prior to disconnect, bonus SP was functioning normally.

le sigh... can't play "with ease" in the meaning you imply, when I got barely any SP for my hours of playing yesterday, and now today it's the same deal... maybe consider removing the cap ENTIRELY until you figure out how you managed to break this?
If not possible, then consider giving people SP reimbursements for the wasted time, not just the people who had boosters running, everyone.
Have you considered installing the improved keyboard?

1. Played a few hours earlier today and SP was working fine. Turned off the game and came back an hour or two later only to run into the SP bug again (as happened yesterday.)
2. Encountered the error message in the daily missions screen AFTER I logged back into the game, but BEFORE I had achieved the 8 missions. I had seven of the 8 completed when I tried to look at the Acquired Rewards screen, and was disconnected. Prior to the SP bug I was able to check the Acquired Rewards screen without any problem.
I'm guessing the two issues may run hand-in-hand.

What do you propose as compensation for this error?
Saw the hotfix notes, played a match yesterday morning, everything was good. Went to work, got home and crushed it in another match only to be cheated out of a high amount of SP...
This is the first time I've been pissed off by the game, and enough to just shut down my ps3. I can deal with protostomping, lag, and all the other **** ups...but performing well and being cheated out of a reward isn't cool. (although it's an aspect of life that is quite common, it shouldn't be part of a game we choose to play and support) |

My SP exahusted again.
i had 600k SP before CAP.
I finisced a battle, i wnet to check my dayly missions progress and i had Internal Disconnect on checking Daily Mission rewards.
I re-logged and my weekly SP were exahusted again. |

Well another day of the keys non-event goes by and the bonus SP set to zero with daily missions requiring the extra SP with customers having activated boosters and boosters waiting to be activated.
I know, I know its being addressed and will be fixed tomorrow but the problem still existed yesterday after downtime so today should have been the tomorrow.

Mission 1... bla-bla-bla *where are the figures*.... 10999 SP single battle... SP still 0...

So... no worries, it's ok, it will be solved tomorrow... who the hell needs to accomplish 8 missions for 5 keys today???
I could invest some money to buy AUR  and change the missions, or I could buy some useless booster... or directly the 5 keys...

I have been experiencing this issue. Started about 3 days ago and I seemed to go from 700k+ in bonus SP available to none. The first time this occurred it seemed to come back normally after DT, however later in the same day, it occurred again and has not gone back to normal even after DT.

Yeah, the sp cap is gone again for me still. Makes the get x sp from a single battle kinda hard. Thanks for working on it.
Also slightly ocd here but the orange dot on my unopened boxes gets to me. I know they are there but without keys makes it difficult todo anything about it.
Haven't had the super long eom screen since after downtime of the first day.

I think 10 free keys and 1 free would be a decent compensation for everyone (personally prefer passive for once). I myself didn't lose a booster, but I did lose out on keys.

I logged in today to see a (1) 3-day active booster claimable on my account. I'm not sure if this was for the couple days of everyone having their SP pool depleted or because I had 3 active boosters stacked. If it was the former, then I'm sure we all GREATLY appreciate it. If it was the latter, I don't think the script worked quite right... Or maybe it's coming at a later date? |
