A stock character has the ability to generate 200 components per day at base sell back of 900 ISK per component.
This equates to 180K ISK.
Or, 540K across 3 accounts.
Or, 34.5 million across the maximum number of accounts created from a PS3 (64 accounts, ~9 hour grind)
Or, the DeadlyAztec11. 4.14 Billion ~Hospitalization / Hazardous to farm in one go
While I do illustrate extreme examples, the dedicated farmer will improve their harvest yield the more they tend to it by keeping components from reaching their 2 day threshold.
Yes, I see alt farming ISK via npc sell back of components could become an issue. I ask that you please severely reduce or eliminate NPC sell-back prices on components. However, I would be perfectly fine if you allowed players to continue stockpiling components for later sale between players and to corporations, therein allowing the player market to dictate the value of people's farming time. I say power to the no-lifers! 'Gold farmers' contracted by individual people or corps have the ability to leverage their farming production abilities. Not to worry. Component donations en-mass to corps are not an issue because that facet will be managed by CCP with command points.

Aurum proto suits is now cheaper by buying the components and selling them for isk to buy the isk version instead.... but while typing this I realize aurum allows you to use the item a lvl above what you have.

Because I'd rather have people with that kind of mindset tied up mindlessly wasting hours on virtual entertainment than turn said people loose onto the public because they can't farm and end up creeping out coffee baristas.

Your thoughts must be..i have to leave dust as isk squelched as possible to promote aur purchase ..can't add anything that brings depth or dog like aspects to dust ..
This us probably the coolest part if the patch ..and your gunna fix it ..meaning mess it up ..why do u have to ruin enjoyable aspects if dust ..you can farm isk in eve why not in dust ...
Most vets would be giving Thier components to their corps anyway as a little isk everyday means nothing ..

Or you could go over to Eve, spend $20 on a PLEX, sell it for ISK, give that ISK to Kain Spero, and get hundreds of millions of ISK in Dust in exchange.
CCP Shanghai's aurum prices are ludicrous.

I guess I missed the parrt where they said you could sell components.
I know you can sell the new "battle salvage" to NPC vendors, but I see no way to access the components produced by the warbarge, other than to upgrade warbarge/subsystems.
