Ha no, For a while now I have not seen 1 scout not running shield/armor mods. Just this morning It took three of my bolt shots to kill a gal scout. Don't get me started on cal scouts though, without the real need to run anything but shield mods on their highs, I constantly see 450 shields on them.... |

CCP Rattati was pretty clear that the numbers just do not support your claims. If they change it will be looked into. We don't see a huge influx of ScR users because it is a skill weapon. Fighting it also requires skill.

He outright said it was OP looking at the numbers, and thats just basic kills per spawn, I bet if he filtered those numbers to shield suits or scouts it would be absurd how OP it looked. But its ok, keep pretending its perfectly fine.
My problem with the scrambler is that it just makes it impossible to run a scout or shield suit or any low health suit at all without getting insta zapped from 80 meters. There is no all around good weapon in the game that does that kind of thing except for the scrambler rifle. Its a massive outlier in the rifle category and it needs to be changed. |

I can somewhat agree with that now we have built in Warbarge Damage Modules..... but without an Amarr Assault and a full 2-3 rack of Damage modules (which is stupid anyway because damage modules are ideally low slot mods) it's kinda underwhelming especially against high armour suits.
But honestly I don't agree with the "80m zap u are ded scount". Ideally I shouldn't even see you and if I do said "scount" should probably go to ground.
