It would be cool if we had vehicles that can only fit one passenger, specially since tanks are coming back  , has to be fast but fragile... with a quick cloak feature to hide your vehicle while out of it or in it

Yes. We need minmatar speed bikes.
Make bike speed inversely proportional to dropsuit weight: Minjas outrin swarm rockets while heavy plated sentinels are slower than the slowest LAV.

i was thinking recently of something sorta similar, single man LAVs with the driver operating the turret. sort of like an LAV version of an ADS, but cheaper (and obviously not flying) |

That's because anything past 10m/s breaks hit detection at a exponential rate. The 11.05 of some scouts is only tolerated because it requires massive sacrifice and only breaks HD a little bit.
And an Amarr Scout with Kincats and a Stamina mod can definitely run that far. No problem.

But seriously, 1-man motorbikes would be absolutely awesome! Just gives all vehicles are timer or something so you can't bail immediately. Like, 3 or 5 seconds.

I did propose a one man Dropship. That would've been the ADS with an actual role and something to do but nobody likes the idea.

I like it, then again I know that pilots tend to hate most ideas that don't have to do with either buffing vehicles and/or nerfing AV.
