Probably, there's too many groups trying to rebuild, so a lot of the guys who were going to come to HvLP went to other groups instead, dividing it into literally 4 different groups.
I don't think people realize how dumb that is with PC in it's current state, but likely you'll see a lot of our smaller corps merging together soon. |

I'm garbage so I probably won't be involved in the battles, but Kardia and the merging of the Titans of Pheonix dudes nearly brought us down as a corp. We lost Fusion, Unique, Hynox, and many members that decided to not participate in PC after that fiasco.
They had all sorts of fan fare, but I can honestly say they were hot garbage when they came to ML. Kardia might be the worst FC I've EVER been in a match with. The first 4 or 5 PC battles when they came over we just brought ML squad leaders in to see how they ran things and we couldn't beat anybody. I can't remember what garbage corp we attacked for some warmup battles when they all came over, but they were not good.
They never won anything while they were in Titans of Pheonix either. Probably the most undeserving "respected" corp in the history of PC.
Ghost Shadoww was in the first couple battles and did so bad that Kardia benched him. He rage quit after like 3 hours in corp because of it. The failscade continued until Kardia just stopped showing up. Even Solar was getting stomped in the the matches.
It felt like a huge troll. Either way, I'll always root for them to fail.

There was a long period of time I was just a pubstar and didn't really participate in PC.
Is this why Molon seemed to be good at one point and went downhill? I remember always getting smashed by Molon in pubs, was it because you had Fusion, Unique and Hynox?

No, most of those people left because DNS took over Molden Heath, and PC was dead. They went to OH, to fight DNS.

Looking at us from the inside, I don't think we ever "went downhill".
Sure we had some ups and downs -- including multiple rounds of good players leaving -- but we've had a pretty consistent PC team for some time now. Not the best but not the worst either.
It's always hard to replace players like Fusion & Unique. Hynox was better at warroom-inspired soft pron than he was at shooting. I miss them all. |

When I join ML I did my best as FC but, since Thor doesn't know anything about he can't judge, at that time ML was already being smashed by AE so I don't understand how did you expect me to fight against that. Also the first day we join you already had like 3 pc's against them and other corps did I have time to know the roles of your "super stars", they got trashed as well as my guys but don't forget we were fighting AE and NS combined.

They had all sorts of fan fare, but I can honestly say they were hot garbage when they came to ML. Kardia might be the worst FC I've EVER been in a match with. The first 4 or 5 PC battles when they came over we just brought ML squad leaders in to see how they ran things and we couldn't beat anybody. I can't remember what garbage corp we attacked for some warmup battles when they all came over, but they were not good.
They never won anything while they were in Titans of Pheonix either. Probably the most undeserving "respected" corp in the history of PC.
Ghost Shadoww was in the first couple battles and did so bad that Kardia benched him. He rage quit after like 3 hours in corp because of it. The failscade continued until Kardia just stopped showing up. Even Solar was getting stomped in the the matches.
It felt like a huge troll. Either way, I'll always root for them to fail. I remember winning fights in ToP. Not enough to write home about, but enough to they weren't a complete failure. This is back when I used to squad up with Catdoge (His Amarr Assault days), Solar, Kardia and the others on a regular basis. That being said, when everything went downhill, I joined FA, and I've never left. Glad I didn't leave to re-form ToP, as that was a massive disappointment the second time. Third times a charm right Kardia? Hope it actually works out this time. P.S Don't give Killed Again access to the corp wallet. lol killed again is in there? I def won't be joining then Killed Again is not in Titans of Phoenix. He has his own corp. Is it a farming corp?

No, most of those people left because DNS took over Molden Heath, and PC was dead. They went to OH, to fight DNS. When I join ML I did my best as FC but, since Thor doesn't know anything about he can't judge, at that time ML was already being smashed by AE so I don't understand how did you expect me to fight against that. Also the first day we join you already had like 3 pc's against them and other corps did I have time to know the roles of your "super stars", they got trashed as well as my guys but don't forget we were fighting AE and NS combined.

Lol, Negative-Feedback once discussed if we should allow this:
Ultimately it was divided, because we wanted to be mercs and allow freedom, but we had contracts that prevented us from helping or aiding certain groups that our players were connected with.
We just asked our guys not to do it - but if they do warn us so we can warn the group of the break in terms and compensate them accordingly. Luckily - we never had to go through it.
Seeing as Tso is just a normal alliance who has more districts then they can do with and they're meaningless - I see absolutely 0 problems with allowing your members to fight against you. |

To me, its more about the spirit of being in an alliance. You join up to support each other and make the group stronger than the sum of its parts. .
For as long as I've been in Tso's, theres always been a rule of "No Ringing against Alliance". I'm not sure if it was ever official, but I know that it was known by members. On more than one occasion, you would enter PC, see someone from an alliance corp on the other side, and we would send mails saying "Alliance: Don't ring for them".
9 times out of 10 they would leave.
Anyways: My point is that its the SPIRIT of being in an alliance. It's one of the reasons why I'm mad at a few members in Cap Aq (And some other members in other Tso's corps) because they don't understand what that means.
It means not starting sh*t in alliance chat.
It means working together with other corps to make them stronger
It means ringing for other corps when they desperately need a team
It means putting the alliances desires above your corporate desires
THIS is what makes a strong alliance. One that puts the whole before the individual. One that treats alliance mates like corp mates, and works as a team to achieve greatness. THIS is what I want Tso's to be like.
Personally, I believe that every corp in Tso's that doesn't strive toward this ideal should be kicked out, but that's not my call to make. The team should ALWAYS come before the individual.
Looking back, I probably had this mentality driven into my skull by one very passionate football coach who, if nothing else, wanted a team that worked like a family. He may not have wholly succeeded, but he did manage to get us to work together, despite how much some of us hated each other. We may not have liked each other, but we would always put personal feelings aside and work together to achieve greatness.
Accuse me of being an unrealistic idealist, and you'd probably be right. But personally, I think that simply striving toward the unreachable has more positive effects than you would believe.

You gotta remember, we haven't had to fight a real fight in a long time. PC was dead for quite a while, and a lot of our guys came back from Destiny.
Yeah, we've been losing a lot of fights. Yeah, it sucks, believe me. But it shows us where we need to improve. It shows us what new guys are willing to work hard and adapt in PC. It even shows us what people we can no longer field in PC, since they appear to lack drive to succeed.
I have faith in FA though. Remember back to old wars.

And we always stepped up and answered the call. It just takes people who are able and willing to say "Hey, we're getting our asses kicked. What can we do to improve? What can I DO to help out this team?"

Hell, I see it when I play KEQ. Last nights fights were won because you guys WANTED it more.
I saw some dude (Micah?) whose ONLY JOB was link spamming. Links Links Link and a mass driver. That was it. He went negative several times, even when winning. AND HE DID HIS JOB.
I saw a bunch of scouts who religiously spammed links and removed them. I saw players that would suicide and spawn in on links to rush a point, KDR and Gear Loss be damned.
This is why KEQ was successful last night. They're bringing it. And the teams I've lost with in FA have not. It's that simple.

I cared about ringers back when bringing ringers to win your fights for your corp was dishonorable.
Think of way back in the day...like when Eugene publicly stated that I was the only ringer he really used.
The only real corp who used ringers before that period was IO...and they were looked down upon with disdain.
Things kinda changed when ringer corps started playing (FA and then NF) offering services without being major landholders.
People like Eugene and Mike made a name for their corps when AE or someone they got **** on by came knocking because many of their good players left/quit and they failed to sprout a new generation. (or in Mike's case he never really had a solid a-team and depended on the few good players he mustered and OH/TP/AE whoever would ring for him.
Now people have generally put all their past prior biases aside and it's kinda funny to me.
I watch people who months ago were ripping on each other all cudly now.
It's cute.

How does it make you feel special that corps out there are so weak they need to band together to compete? You really are a **** poor CPM sometimes that you don't even understand the state of the game you represent.
Though, to be fair, Murphy is more of a problem then you are. They're the ones who needlessly make moves to empower a group that doesn't need it just to secure themselves from hardship.

DNS wasn't crumbling sadly.
Who knows how long it would have gone on.
But when I leaked intel and told AE leadership that NF was eyeing their **** and was looking to attack..the results were swift.
But i appreciate the attempt to rewrite history. It's cute...and never gonna happen.
FA wen to break the donut...and leaked intel to AE that lead to them swapping their timers DIRECTLY before NF was planning to mass attack them.
With AE's timers all on **** times we were in great position with NS to nullify NF's plans to annihilate AE quickly when they thought AE had pretty much abandoned dust and then have another 2 billion per day in isk coming in.
Actually the plan before that was to use the roles obtained to just sell all the districts off (30% of MH) and then just use that to propel the resistance forward...and I have the messages to Tibs detailing those plans and even a timetable of when those plans would be enacted...until I received intel they were moving on AE and saw a better opportunity. (I was worried at the time that selling NF's 30% would galvanize the donut and bring them closer together..I knew AE and NF tensions ran high (See Arirana comments about how he refused to trust NF because they had in his own words "just were double penetrating us with FA") but it was still a concern.
It really doesn't matter as no amount of evidence will convince someone who believes in Scientology or the Westboro Baptist Church that they might be wrong.

He went negative several times, even when winning. AND HE DID HIS JOB. I saw a bunch of scouts who religiously spammed links and removed them. I saw players that would suicide and spawn in on links to rush a point, KDR and Gear Loss be damned. This is why KEQ was successful last night. They're bringing it. And the teams I've lost with in FA have not. It's that simple. that logi with the links and a mass driver is masha and she is a japanese girl that does not speak very good english. we in KEQ love masha very much and even teach her bad words from time to time. LOL in corp chat she said many F++cks CCP for all the remotes FA throws at this poor girl trying to keep our heavys alive. masha <3

Hey, Links gotta go, and heavies have nasty habits of spawning on links. I generally execute most links with a flaylock, but if there is a lot of links in one spot, I'll pop down an RE and wait a bit to see if I get lucky. Can't wait until heavies get toned down a bit, so that we don't have to resort to RE's to try and take them down. Against any decent heavy, shotguns are 50/50 chance to take down, even from behind.
Seriously though, that Logi is doing her job fantastically. Props to her.

It's not the receivers fault the communicator sucks. People will only understand the context in things in which they're told - so it's up to you to give the proper context to give a proper understanding of your words. You failed at it. Confirming he's full of himself. FA wasn't even what brought DNS finally down - FA couldn't field a team at the time, AE barely could. NF are the ones responsible ultimately for DNS collapse as they did not fight for it - instead, took everyones roles away so they couldn't join any PC battles until all NF districts were taken.
Zatara had nothing to do with any of that, he simply took FA out of NF - that was it. |

This was how it was in the olden days with FA...I still remember coming back after one night of RL hitting me in the head and like 1/2 our **** was gone.
But now things are much better.

IDK who you think doesn't play dust...only 300k to cap!
I seriously do not know how else to balance assaults beyond a damage bonus...Assaults from 1.0-1.8 aside from exceptions were given bonuses like reload speed and the like and only the amarr suit is used. And it's still underutilized in PC.
As a player...if I see 2 medium frames and the only difference between the 2 is one gets more base EHP and maybe slightly more regen...or the other gets 3-4 equip slots and no sidearm...historically people chose logi suits.
Not since chrome has the assault suit really been that good.
I'm open to other options but Cross and I both agree Assaults need to have a damage bonus.

It's not dead, I just know a lot of other players left beside you and Espeon is by far, the best player in his corp versus ERA when he was rivaled by a few others, and had a lot of other good players.
You and him were probably the only really good experienced vets in there, but yeah, it still has potential. If Titans of Pheonix doesn't survive, he'll probably have a healthy dose of recruits, if they don't just merge.

My point was that the corp literally couldn't function without Kardia. Him not being able to come back was proof of that, since the whole thing fell apart afterwards.
As I said, I'm glad Kardia is re-building it, but we know how unstable his ability to play Dust is. If you don't want it to fall like the last two times, you guys need to be prepared for it.
Don't take this the wrong way, I wasn't trying to bash the corp. I just pointing out how it failed HARD the last two times it was up.

Oneeye and John are pretty decent leaders, (John is a pretty terribad FC tho <3)
John is on PS4 because his PS3 broke though, so he's probably dead in the water like me. I haven't played DUST in a while and I'm seriously craving it but this PS4 is awesome and my TV broke lol.
