Hey CCP I have spent $140.00 on aurum getting respecs each time and each time i get the respec and use it i get dc'd after spending my sp into what i want and when i come back on all the sp is in totally different things i would like my $140.00 worth aur refunded so I can try to get my respec and spend my sp again and hope it does not mess up I dont want to have bad service with you guys after investing so much and writing so many tickets and still nothing yet. |

TTK on an assault suit takes about 2 seconds on average i'd guess.
Factor in that you can't start shooting at the dude that began shooting you until you're already almost down 25% of your tank.
Just an observation.
.15 seconds feel like a lot in a 1v1.

0.3 seemed fine, 0.45 shouldn't be too bad. I just don't know about 0.15, feels wrong to me, but that's just my opinion.

I am inclined to suggest a mix of both.
Though not some of the ridiculous numbers that some other people were throwing around like 20% reduction per level. More like 5%.

I kind of feel the same way. It was .25 from the start, moved to .3, doubled to .6, now reduced by 25% to .45, though in truth it was increased by 50% before this whole thing happened. I am curious if the range, high damage per hit, and high kick will still keep it from being quite competitive with a .45 charge. Still, it can be looked at and if kick and dispersion is used to balance the weapon then perhaps charge can be lowered again. It is the delay to shoot that makes the gun less fun to use IMO.
I am curious if the ADS kick is going to be changed. I don't know if it is just me but when the kick was quadrupled first, I noticed almost no change to ADS but when the kick was cut to just doubled and the Charge was put to .6 it seemed my ability to ADS was hit because the kick started to affect it pretty heavily.
This is especially true with the ARR. If it is going to be worse in ADS than it is now, I am curious what that will look like. I'll still use it because the sound the gun makes and the 'feel of it' is highly pleasing to me. It is the second greatest sound in DUST other than the orgasm crescendo that is the headshot sound. (Seriously, if Legion is released without THAT EXACT SOUND I someone has to release the sound file so we can make that sound go off when getting a headshot)
Here's hoping that the Assault bonus helps the weapon out a bit and that the Assault gets some kind of change so it isn't just the worst option between Damage (Commando), Support (Logi), Tank/Damage (Sentinel), and E-war/Speed (Scout).

these "nerf/buff" threads are what's killing the game. i had my Rail rifle at fitting optimisation lvl3 but ccp nerfed it. its FINE. get another weapon, you fu*king have 750k sp cap per week and its more than enough to get a proto weapon and get proeffeciency 2. just stop crying about it like a little kid and find something else.
