FIX THE RAIL RIFLE! I can't hit anything long or short range with it because the recoil is insanely high! Apparently the only way to play this game now is by using Assault Rifles since they are the only thing that isn't complete garbage at the moment!

ACtually, the Ishukune ARR actually needs a recoil reduction...

I've not seen anyone able to keep up a consistent rate of posting like that.
Yours is 5.2, although I suppose you're referring to your recent postings. I think 20 ppd average over a period of 2 years is rather no-lifey, yes, considering that maintaining an average like that would necessarily include massive posting sprees. I believe my record is almost 200.

The reason I said more kick is because at lvl 5 RR skill you have 25% less kick, which is manageable.

I had posted around 127 times in one night (In IGS too!) first time I got 100 flags (If I go to sleep now I usually come back to around 235 flags) IGS seems rather dead now, I don't know if it was always like that or if it just died off... kinda sad because that's the first forum I went to.
Also how did you get 5.2?

I've stated many times why the original idea was increased kicked and reduced charge.
There are ways to use kick to your advantage, however there are only disadvantages to spool time. A skill reduced spool time would be nice for the Caldari Assault, but kick can be reduced via the RR skill.
