Sorry, I'm not really a AR user (Yet I have duvolles) Perhaps RR gets a Rifleman skill to reduce charge time by 0.05s? Or whatever puts it around .25s charge at maxed. I want a 0.35 personally. You going to sign Meeko? I think its should be changed VERY slightly. To .5 Sec, w/ a Skill that reduces charge by 3% per level (Charge Management?).
And while I feel its not very necessary (I feel its workable in its current state), I'll sign for the hell of it.
