The Python feels like a Gorgon. The After Burner feels like a Shield Booster. The Swarms feel like a knife through the whole ADS Community heart. Y SEESEEPEE? ADS went from the tip of the food chain with SKILL to not even being on the food chain. And lowering the price just made it feel like you are giving us trash on "sale". The Incubus is flying like a Soma. The ADS Community is welcome to fly there thoughts on this thread and kick CCP where it hurts.

I couldn't aim worth a crap and managed to still get a single ads past game wide kdr average.

I've been roughly breaking even in pubs as infantry for months. If I wasn't sitting on an ISK pile from earlier patches, I'd be poor.

If you guys wouldnt have made swarms, militia or proto, bane of the skys it would have been fine. i already died in 3 hits to any AV, now i just have no hope.
and again WHY ARE THE NO AV WITH SHIELD BONUS DAMAGE????? Do you guys hate the incubus and madrugers THAT much?

Here's what I think. Its been so long since you've seen a scrub Pilot that you're scared of well trained Pilots. In the Pilot chat I'm currently in, we share complex opinions and views on certain things and I think you would see what I am conveying better if you were in there. Also, you probably lack the teamwork to even compose some good AV. I don't think 1 person on AV should be able to destroy one Dropship. if that is the case then why doesn't the Proto Swarm cost 200k? Why didn't it Cost 322k before HF Delta. Why do people continue to think that 1 AV = 1 ADS. 1 ADS > 1 AV. You don't realize that AV is trying to put 1 AV Logi on the job to take care of there ADS issues.

One AV person, who's fitting (swarms) can only damage vehicles and nothing else, is incredibly specialized in killing vehicles. They should kill vehicles.
Why should one player in a dropship require multiple players to kill? One player equals one player.
If 1 ADS does not equal 1 AV, than 1 ADS is OP.

No, but an AV should have at least as good of a chance of killing a tank as that tank has of killing the AV.

This game has the base of being team based with roles and everything
Assault dropships are one of the many things that have no useful role and just throw raw power towards a single player, which easily breaks a team based game as the players need to rely on other players.
Any tweaks that tone down ADS power is any difference that will do more good than bad.
You see Ivan, when you hold peestol like me, you never shoot the inaccurate... For fear of shooting fing- OW DAMNIT!

As a forge gunner, I really feel the dropship pilot's pain. I can completely shut them down and force them back to their redline by myself. I really don't understand why, in all these AV arguments people can't comprehend how OP my forge gun is against them.
ADS really gave me a challenge as a forge gunner and i feel like it's a shame that now they have to hide from me for 35 seconds now instead of 10. I guess I should say goodbye to those thrilling engagements that kept me on my toes.
 CCP could you just stop removing content and start adding it? So many pilots - LEGENDARY pilots - have quit this game.

And while we at it , ambush match 10.43 UTC how is it possible for a Python in its "weakened" state to tank 3 point blank shots from a Wyrkomi Breach Forge with 2 complex dam mods and fly away ? Comes back in 15 seconds fully shielded and armored again?

I personally plbelieve it should take somewhat a small team effort to destroy these things. I was training with a small group of newer players and while facing a Madrugar with an Ion Cannon it only took 3 of us with 1 Militia FG and 2 Militia Swarms to destroy it. We did face a Python wwith and downed it with the same gear. Stop trying to snap your fingers to get your problems taken care of and put some effort into it.

Sure, two people for AV makes sense, if it requires two people to operate your ADS.

An extra 100k ISK for your fit shouldn't mean you never have to replace it.

Put a Forge Gunner with a swarmer and it wont be as bad as you think. Have you considered the things the Pilot has to do? Check surroundings, watch for tanks, rammers, AV Assault Drop ships, flying itself. All the swarmed has to do us point at the ADS and be in range. May not require 2 people to operate but it sure does require a lot more skill. Also, they said it should be more for transport but that demeans the whole idea of an "Assault" Dropship.
