Now, what would you classify as corporation hopping?
I've been in the following corporations:
Knights of Ender Umbrella Logistics D.A.R.K L.E.G.I.O.N 0uter.Heaven Ancient Exiles.
_______________________________________________________________________________
THE FOLLOWING CORPORATIONS ARE BASICALLY ONE: *Rolls eyes*
Ancient Ecchi Heaven's Lost Property No Game No Life EnvyUs. Fooly Cooly. Tokyo Ravens
_______________________________________________________________________________
Inner.Hell Pure Evil.
I became friends with CEO of Knights of Ender, MRBH1997, and at the beginning of my DUST career I joined his corporation. I was confused on what I wanted to do in the game so I played some matches with some friends in Umbrella Logistics and decided that I should leave KOE to grow as a player.
When I first started playing the game I would always go into matches and get stomped by D.A.R.K L.E.G.I.O.N, so I worked off of the assumption that DL was one of the better corporations in the game, if not the best, and made an outlined goal to get in.
I left Umbrella Logistics after my best friend in the corporation turned on me and a day later got into DL by sitting in my friend's tank and killing them all in some back-to-back matches against them. One secret many don't know about me is that I'm a very good gunner apparently.
I became best friends with the director, and Ares (CEO of D.A.R.K L.E.G.I.O.N) best friend, Cenex Langly. :)
I was in DL for about a month or two and then became aggravated at the in-house drama and lack of squadding, so I told Cenex that I was going to take my leave and he left as well for the same reasons. He went to 0uter.Heaven and I wanted to be in the same corporation as him. Plus, I loved the tags and some of my other friends were in 0.H as well.
I was a Logi back then with no proto suit, SP placed randomly everywhere (Probably the worst allocation of a player in the game... LOL) and hence I died a lot. The only reason I got into 0uter.Heaven is because I was in a pub match against Tibs and Reiselia, was the only one on the team to not go negative, and hunted him downed and murdered him after he killed me. He told me to send my app in. I did.
Let me be clear: I LOVED 0UTER.HEAVEN. :)
Everyone was great, Tibs was going to help get me situated with a more suitable role (slaying) and I was overall very pleased.
Then Radar came back. I didn't know him and when I joined he had left the game seeing as PS4 just released.
The attitude change was very unfavorable. I didn't want to be carried, and it seemed as though they had no room for me to really get involved and start carrying.
The core group was set and that was that. After the fallout of the war with AE, which I refused to vote in on the grounds of Switzerland, a lot of people started leaving and I was bound and determined to stick with them because I don't just up and leave for no reason or get going when the going gets tough. I ended up leaving because I felt 1. unwelcome and 2. that if I really wanted to carry I wasn't going to be able to learn there. I heard I was being called a scrub behind my back and understood that if I wanted to be in 0uter.Heaven in the future and get anything done I needed to be a confident player in myself and in the game. Kaughst leaving, one of the most awesome people I have met in the game, was the nail on that coffin.
I left and joined AE after becoming friends with DJINN Rampage. <3
I started talking to him on the forums and then started talking in-game. He sat with me in the redline and taught me how to strafe.
Ancient Exiles is, hands down, the best corporation in the game and the only one I regret leaving save for my own.
I ended up leaving because of a misunderstanding and some random in Corp starting drama and sending me messages. ETC
I left AE and joined Ancient Ecchi, Heimdallr69's corp. He and I both got the same treatment from some people in AE and bonded over that. Was funny too, because I never thought I would talk with or be in the same room as Heim. xD I had lots of animosity towards him and he didn't like me either.
We became great friends and through him I joined the channel Anime Empire and met SoTa PoP. I really loved the concept of Anime Empire and started getting really excited about it. SoTa talks a very big game. They didn't have name for the corporation and I was talking with Heim about what some of his favorite anime's were. He told me about Heaven's Lost Property and it just clicked. HEAVEN'S LOST PROPERTY....
I personally felt, with what happened with 0uter.Heaven and AE, that it was a perfect tag. I created the corporation and came to the understanding that I no longer cared about Anime Empire as a whole. If it came to it, I would sit in HvLP by myself because it was MINE.
I even said this essentially and thought that it was clear.
I decided to allow it to be the Anime corp, because I thought SoTa and I were two like minded individuals who could work/come together to achieve something amazing.
Why not make what is already a great thing even greater? I though, "There's really no down-side to this."

I sat in the corporation with Heimdall for a month or more, recruited all of our star players, and 2 days after SoTa finally joined and brought everyone else with him I lost my internet. IDK how, but when I was gone Kain Spero took the shares of MY corporation and CEO was passed between SoTa to Anon and then to Blaze. Fanfest happened and everyone lost their cool and went AWOL, leaving friends and corpmates with nothing. Promises were constantly being made and never kept.
GREAT IDEAS, AMAZING CONCEPT, in the end nothing. ROR
I came back and made a series of bad decisions trying to clean up everyone else's mess.
The truth is that I began to see my corporation HvLP in a different light. TAINTED and ****** with. Heim left while my internet went out as well. Everything went to Hell.
I created No Game No Life, because I was told that we couldn't have an Anime corporation without an Anime name. (Like they even had a name before I came along.) I had friends that I cared about and so I went along with it for them, but in the back of my head I still had my own ideas and goals in mind and started talking with Rampage again. Through everything we were still losing members for every member I recruited and I was taking on more than I initially signed up for considering. The idea of merging was brought up and it was a good move.
Because working with Rampage would have proved more successful than working with someone who talks more than they do.
Bottom-line everyone threw a tantrum and it was dismissed. I went back to NGNL. Then left NGNL to sit in another untainted corporation by myself and everyone followed me. Then SoTa told me I was a traitor and I became tired so I decided to sacrifice self because I didn't care anymore I just didn't want to be yelled at and I wasn't confident enough to not care about what someone else GÇ£thinksGÇ¥.
I went to Fooly Cooly as a show of compliance and to prove that I was not a traitor.
Hated the EFFING name. I went to Tokyo Ravens with my friend BLAZ3 X after the alliance was formed and GÇ£the tags didn't matter as long as you were in the allianceGÇ¥.
Things were supposed to happen and they didn't, BLAZ3 quit DUST and I left to help one of my better friends Blitz with Inner.Hell. Regardless of the hate, animosity, etc, I was willing to work past it all.
Then Blitz was gone and I felt like the job I came there for was done and there was no need for me there. I left and joined Pure Evil for Rampage.
Rampage is off doing his own thing and now I'm with Kalante in xXNatural-DisasterXx

So, corp hopping?
Corporation hopping implies that I am disloyal and a flight risk.
Well, I AM a flight risk. I have very clear requirements and standards; if they aren't met, then I flyyyyy. If I join a corporation for someone specifically and they aren't there, what is the reason to stay?
I'm loyal to people who are loyal to me. If you make promises that you fail to keep, then you can respectively go f_ck yourself. My word is just as good as yours. You make a promise to me and I promise you whatever it was I promised in exchange for you keeping your initial word. You don't keep it, there's no word of mine to keep.
Corporation hoppers? Corporation leadership needs to actually lead and then maybe people wouldn't jump. Trix are for kids? This bunny is bouncing.

Oh yeah I was in Hostile acquisition inc. for about 2 weeks because there corp had 50 members and I thought it was a lot. Then I join Dark Legion because it had 200 members so I was like damn this corp must be good. Then I liked it there a DL, I wad there for about. 2 1/2 months. I liked squading with Mike (sad he quit :,( ), then TP came around and starting bullying everyone and I heard AE was winning a few of their fights against TP so I joined then. Then I stayed at AE for around 4 months, and I felt like making my own corp. that's when I made G0DS AM0NG MEN i was there for 6 months then took about a. 3 to 4 week break from Dust, and when I came back the corp fell apart. So after I came back I wasn't expecting to play much so I joined AE again, but I started playing more and more so I decided to join more active corp so I rejoined DL for about 10 days. Then some of my directors and I decided to all join one corp. we decided on joining FA because they were active in PC, but didn't have many districts and thought we could help there the most. Then Rampage started playing again so I told all of the guys who went to FA if they wanted to go to Pure Evil.
I know y'all really don't care I just posted this because I was bored

So I started out in Couch Potato Gamers (LOL I knorite!!) which was my BF3 clan.. but nobody decided to come over at launch and actually play dust because, well, it sucks. The one guy who did play, xxMemphis my soulmate logibro for life, knew somoene from KEQ so we went there... 2 months later I no longer wished to be told what to do by high pitched voiced brats so I went with this guy named harbinger who was starting his own jumpoff.... promises of grandure and all that jazz, but yeah nobody else joined except a few dolts. Fast forward a month of zero corp growth I joined Molon Labe. been here ever since love my labe. labe. labe. nom nom nom.

Meh, some people have to jump around until they find a home they fit into. I personally adapt myself to fit my corporations environment; hence being in TSOLE since closed beta. Unless the corporation is seriously flawed, I never really find a reason to leave. If I want to squad up with people outside of the corp I just join random games and find an open squad.

By far the best decision i ever made was to never corp hop. There were many times that i wanted to because of disputes with leadership or just wanting to take the easy path of joining a more successful corp but thats just not part of my DNA to abandon people. All those corps i thought about joining are dead now because they had no foundation of real people and friendship. It feels good to grow strong and put in work with people that have your back. At the end of the day i will step in the fire with any member of KEQ and go down swinging win or lose. This is why KEQ has been around for 12 years cause there is a foundation of family. Im mean how many corps have a real life family camping trip.

Light reading my quite possibly infected *******.
Yeah, but anyway, here's my sad story of how I ended up in FA.
I started off in a BF3 clan called Bloodwolves Battalion, one my brother got me into. I don't normally like to brag, but I'd like to believe we could've had a shot at being a competitive clan on Dust, but only me, Teruki Kai, Thanatos and the clan leader ever held any interest in Dust, at least our BF3 wing didn't like it. We built up our echelon with people, and when PC dropped, we sat back and watched to see how you operate in it.
We even saved up a good 80 mil in the corp wallet for then we'd go into PC and try to play competitively, but there was random baby mama drama over how Bloodhound (clan leader) had stole 7 million from the corp wallet, and all but maybe a good 10 active members left, which I'm proud to say, those who stayed were some of our best. The worst part was that Bloodhound didn't even take the money, I asked him after he shut down the Dust wing, "did you take the money". He said no, and to be honest, I believe him, he had no more reason to lie to me.
I'm actually very proud to have worn my BWB tags, blood was the type of leader who believed you could make a scrub into a skilled player if you work with him/her, and he actually put the effort into it, instead of just saying. One drawback, he was a diehard tanker, and could only teach that. If Blood wanted to re-expand into Dust again (I doubt he would TBH), I'd gladly follow him and help out.
Anyway, after he shut down the clan, I went solo for about a week or so, then after trying to join an EON corp, getting denied, I threw my app in with PX1. I left after it became a ghost after the OH/AE war (I think Gods architect called it the war of the north?), and I couldn't get a squad for a week.
After that, our fair princess picked me up and brought me in FA, where I kind of left and hopped over the rebuilding of Arrogance, went back to FA after Skelly said his pants were sad I was gone. The princess once even offered me director roles back in the days I first joined, I declined, as anyone in General Tsos would testify that I shouldn't be given director roles, ever.
After that, I kind of raged on the princess and left for PE., to which I think I owe Rampy and apology. Went back the next day to FA.

Lol, I believe it EVE guys get really pissed over stupid alliance mails. There will be public shaming in my alliance chat if people send so much as a youtube video link over alliance mail.
I have not joined another corp in Dust for the fear of getting sucked into a leadership role, just sticking to my EVE corp where i have known the poeple for like 4-5 years now.

Why do Eve players tend to flip out when stupid alliance mail is sent? I understand if someone keeps doing it often but on rare occasions they still seem to get mad. Can't they just delete it and move on? It seems like they are just being cry babies over nothing but I don't know if there is more to it. Perhaps one of them Eve weenies can explain this to me.

I've been in every relevant corp to date. FACT!!
I lie.
KEQ AE Followed some AE guys to whatever that was to the FA/AE merger, then back to AE to whatever it was Rampy had back to AE and there to stay until I am not there anymore.
KEQ was the most fun as far as playing. AE is where I actually learned game mechanics and how to do certain things. Soul/Kujo and even Rampy helped me along. I never did well in PC's as far as kills and points went, but I always did what they asked me to do with no questions asked.
Oh, and the ISK in AE....holy ****!!!! Mounds and mounds of ISK...it was like food stamp day EVERY DAY!
My days with AE are what would make me come back and play as much as possible. Kicking it with my homies in there were good times. Taste and me rolling around in LAV's jumping out with bursts(before you fools knew they existed) and my homie bigboibiggums would do the same.
Oh well, maybe another day.

You guys are cute.
I don't think many people in the War room can comprehend what it actually means to be loyal to a clan. Though, to be fair, Dust and EVE don't exactly encourage that kind of behaviour. And, with the low attention span of the people "running" the more modern corporations these days it's hardly surprising not many stay in the same place for very long.
Here's a new flash: You ARE a corp-hopper until you stop 'hopping corps', as it were. Whether or not you have a good reason is irrelevant. It doesn't have to be a derogatory label.
This message doesn't apply to everyone, of course. I have the utmost respect for those who stay with their brethren through thick and thin. It does indeed rely on a few key factors within the clan itself such as good leadership, good ethics and a strong drive with healthy rules and systems.
I have been in Burgezz for 2 years now (had my 2 year anni on the 20th of August) and I can't imagine not being in this clan with my brothers and sisters. I have every intention of staying with the clan as long as I'm alive. That's sounds eccentric but I see no reason why not. Danga has lead the clan since its birth for 5 years now and he loves it even more than I do. I haven't been more than a day in 2 years without going to our website and at least saying 'Hey'. That'll change soon when I go travelling but I will do everything I can to keep up to date with everyone.
Basically, don't be afraid to jump ship but for the love of god don't ever try and deny that's what you're doing. You are a corp hopper until you stop corp hopping. Simple! You'll find something, I hope, that you really love one day. You need, as stated above, good leadership more so than anything. Our leadership has taken 5 years to perfect, but within the last year we've nailed it. 1 leader, 4 ranking officers, 3 SGTs, As many SGT Majors as needed (our branch commanders, we have 9 branches atm), Officers and then our members.

Now, I had a bit of an advantage over you, B1ack ice, as I had EVE experience. When I got fed up with crap that was going down in my first Corp, and decided to make my own Corp to keep doing what I was doing without the drama, I had an EVE Character to use as CEO, and I moved all the Corporate shares into my personal wallet. No one is going to steal my Corp!
I feel bad reading this about you loosing HeavenGÇÖs Lost Property, as that is a cool name for a Corp. Although, on the flip side if the CEO suddenly seemed to drop off the face of the Earth, I can understand your members trying to put an active player in the CEO position.

Ok, I will give mine.
I joined DUST University because I came from EVE and knew Ivy League by reputation.
I wrote a successful guild and was promoted to Director of Education.
Several months later I saw that another director was being a bully and abusing students, instructors, and other Directors. I told the CEO that he needed to do something about it, but he did not seem to be doing anything. Finally I left DUST University because I felt that if I stayed I would just be enabling the bullying. So I joined my wifeGÇÖs Corp: ItGÇÖs So Fluffy.
I rejoined DUST University when the CEO assured me that he would do something about the bullying. However after watching his efforts I realized two things: 1) He would never demote or kick a director, and 2) the bully had also realized that he would not be kicked regardless of what he did. So the bully just ignored every measure the CEO tried to take to curb his behavior, knowing that there would be no real consequences.
So I left DUST University again, knowing that there was nothing I could do to stop the bullying. (I did not know it at the time, but over 50 members of DUST University left when they saw I had left the Corp.)
At that point I was just about finished my Frontline Infantry Guide, and I did not want to release it under NPC Corp tags, so I created Immortal Guides.
After releasing my massive Frontline Infantry Guide I wanted to continue my work training new players. I considered joining BojoGÇÖs School of the Trades, but I was suspicious of the fact that Bojo was no longer the CEO, and I wanted to avoid involvement in any more drama. (Turned out that Artificer Ghost was about as good a guy as you will ever meet in DUST and there had been no drama, but I did not know that at the time.)
So I stayed in Immortal Guides and instead formed the Learning Coalition with BojoGÇÖs School of the Trades (Artificer Ghost), Bojo The Mighty, and Charlotte OGÇÖDellGÇÖs Mango Group. Since BojoGÇÖs School of the Trades had been setup as an advanced trade school, Immortal Guides (my Corp) was given the role of Basic Training Corp within the Coalition.
I briefly joined BojoGÇÖs School of the Trades on Fox to coordinate when that Corp and Immortal Guides each were given a district in December 2013 for setting up training matches.
Around that time Charlotte OGÇÖDell was trolling DUST University over them losing their PC districts, and the bully from DUST University responded by attacking me, even though I had not said anything against D-Uni. He made lots of extravagant claims including trying to convince people that I had left D-Uni due to having a mental breakdown in real life. Most of his posts got deleted, which sort of disappointed me as I enjoyed seeing him make himself look bad, but since he was making claims about my mental state in real life I can understand why CCP deleted the posts. (Technically is was out of game libel.)
In the end I gave the District back, as it was too much work to administer. I had not asked for it in the first place. Charlotte OGÇÖDell had negotiated to get it, then plopped it in my lap and went on deployment for a month, after stirring stuff up. We did get some good dropship flight school matches, and some interesting training matches in while we had it though.
Various Corps and training groups came and went from the Learning Coalition, including the widely respected Scout training Corp: R 0 N 1 N. Artificer Ghost eventually gave BojoGÇÖs School of the Trades back to Bojo The Might, who then disbanded the Corp in order to downsize to a training group of the same name. Artificer Ghost then created Learning Coalition College to replace it, but it never really got off the ground. After the Legion announcement all the other major players in the Learning Coalition left DUST, leaving Immortal Guides as the only Learning Coalition Corp, although we still have plenty of instructors from other Corporations.
I never really wanted to be a CEO. I am more comfortable being the guy that does the work and makes the CEO look good. That is to say, I am more of an Administrator than a Leader. But I feel a CEOGÇÖs responsibility is to protect the interests of the members and shield them from drama, and I just did not know anyone but myself who I could trust to do that. Now, a year later, I know several people I would trust to have as a CEO, but now I have this thing I have started and I feel a responsibility to keep it going. All things considered, I have been fairly successful at building what I set out to build. I feel I have made a difference. It would be a shame to walk away from that now. Besides, it puts me in a unique position to be able to get to know and play with people from all kinds of different Corps.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

I know y'all really don't care I just posted this because I was bored So you created G0DS AM0NG MEN? One of my more promising students joined G0DS AM0NG MEN. I assume you must have passed CEO to someone else when you left? 501 headstrong is there CEO now so your student should be in good hands as he is a good leader. but i never could understand why John would ditch his corp like that during troubleing times he was the face of Gods. And yes when I left promoted Hakyou too CEO and he promoted Devin and Devin promoted 501st, but yes 501st is doing a good job with the corp. Any Corp that survives its first change of leadership has a lot of long-term potential.

On the flip, when you've been with/are with someone you love for a long time sometimes you need a little more video games sometimes and a little less them. Nothing wrong with having a hobby, so long as nothing is neglected, priorities are straight and everyone's happy. And as long as you get good head.

B1ack ice wrote:Now, what would you classify as corporation hopping?
ETC
SOMEWHERE IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL THIS I GOT GOOD. *\O/*
I though, "There's really no down-side to this." I always had a squad going in DL and never did I ever have trouble getting in a squad so I dunno what happened there. You were always welcome. Yes we gave you hell sometimes but it was all in good fun. I also tried to stear you clear of the logi with a shotgun idea. You were missed when you left. The inside tension at the time was due to the war that we were suppose to be helping OH with and then they quit. They gave up and left DL and Paradox to the wolves. We fought hard and held out through the end of 2013 before succumbing to the enemy. War always creates tension and you just happened to show up at that exact time.

As for corps I was in New Tortuga Militia for about 3 weeks. I saw it was going nowhere. I then noticed that Wu Tang was a badass and he went to DARK LEGION so I put in my app. We were about 30 members strong when I joined. I was one of the only non founders to go to the top of DL leadership. I love it their. We are like a big family.
My PS3 died though and I haven't been able to play. I want a PS4 so I don't really want to spend the money for another PS3. So unless I run into a pile of cash soon I will never be seen on Dust again. I however will be playing and kicking your asses on Destiny. Im a xbox guy and only bought a ps3 for Dust so I should take to Destiny quickly. It being a Bungie game. Anyhow ill see you guys and gals on the flip side. It was a fun ride. DARK LEGION and my enemies helped to make Dust what it was. Shout out to everyone who has played against me.

Never went to any of the so-called "top corps" because i'm always sqauding with corp members. Don't mind ringing, but you guys keep up more drama then B****es on facebook so I won't be joining any of your "break up to get back together elsewhere" theatrics?! I watch guys, good, bad, and awesome, come and go here at D3ATH CARD. They all come wanting to do PC not knowing the first thing about any true PC wars. The ones that come to squad up, work together, and stay humble do well. The others are gone just as fast as they came. I'm good where I am win, lose, or draw.
To the OP, I hope you found that guy that called you a corp hopper and tk'd him 60 times because you wrote a novel to explain your behavior in the wake of his remark lol!

Everyone thought I was just a nobody sniper until I got caught dishing out proto equipment with my Caldari Logistics ck.0. I can't remember when someone found out, But meh. Then all of a sudden I became a necessity in PC because of my links & being a decent Logi. Radar always got mad at me though -- I never wanted to put scanners in my equipment slots. "P!ss on em'", I always said.
Due to my love for vehicle piloting -- I made this character right before I was given the suit respec for my main character. Eventually got all my vehicles where they should be. Even know I'm missing 90% of the vehicle fits I used to have on my main. Obviously, Still in 0.H. Haven't wanted to be apart of anything else. I've had a couple side projects for fun at times, But my loyalty always lay with 0.H. Some of the most intelligent people I've met are in 0.H & I consider them family. I was always about Justice & Peace. Always tried to be a friend to others, Even if they have been rotten little sacks of sh!t to me. Still a scrappy pilot now & I think my infantry days are over. Hell, Maybe my days in this game are over -- Don't know yet.
I take to the skies or roll thunder. Either way, I'm happy where I'm at in 0.H. Happy to be a part of this rowdy community. Happy to have made the friends I have & I am especially happy about my record of converting straight hate mail into civilized conversations.
Who knows, Maybe you'll see me around later on today. o/ No way! Were you the random that sniped him out of his dropship? I was In squad with him and I remember him saying "I'm inviting that guy to corp!".
Most likely. Keep in mind this was about 10 months ago when that happened. lol

The life story of GJR. I removed the corp names as to not specifically talk bad about anyone but if anyone really wanted to figure it out they probably could.
1st corp - I left because the leader was a 12 yr old racist and a sexist who liked talking about boobs alot but you can tell he has never touched one.. 2nd corp - I left because the leader was 20+ yrs old with a preggo baby momma who worked hard everyday while he sat at home complaining about her on comms. Dude needed his corp to die so he can go out and get a job or at least do something worthy of being called a man. I did him a favor by leaving. 3d corp - Leader got mad at me because I had a daily afternoon nap. I missed a few pc's. I left because I was tired of carrying a talentless corp in pc. They couldn't do anything without me. 4th corp - Never had any problems in the Generals. I did what I wanted, smoked what I wanted, drank what I wanted and killed whoever I wanted. It was the good life. 5th corp - never had any problems either. Cubs was generous with his isk. 6th corp - let's not talk about this one. 7th corp - let's not talk about this one either
I would like your post if I could but CCP nerfed my like button and took it away. :(

TUL, Pyrex was in charge, dead end corp basically PRO on youtube, nuff said GATT, I made mistakes again, everything felt wrong and right at the same time and went slow as can be as well as some of the inane things that it had as strings attached. IXI, best corp I was ever in... I said bad things about EoN and well was removed. ML, it was good and I honestly should have pulled everyone in instead of forming TCR, but some folks wanted to ***** and be hardheaded TCR, some of the best folks around, more importantly we did **** and had a good time, a certain person got power hungry, now they're in a dead corp and I'm playing EVE OLSPI, tried to reboot TCR, failed but in a hilarious manner, so it evens out XMPLR, might be the one mistake I made worse than GATT, I blame Soraya because Zinggy isn't around to take the blame. TCR again, because home is where the heart is.

Well,
You're right. HvLP is yours. Regardless of the fact that you had no name for your corp. The entire concept of Anime Empire was yours. The corporation? Yours.
The tag? Mine.
I wish I could go back and unwrite this post, because the fact of the matter is that I like to spew random bullshit to throw people off and out, but my motto is and always will be "If you're going to be bad, be bad with a purpose."
I did it. It's done. To delete it now would be cowardice.
Now, this is my public declaration:
HvLP, what it was, belongs to you, SoTa. HvLP, what it is, is under your sole ownership. Right now, I'm giving up any and all claims to it. I no longer want to be associated with the disgrace it ended up being. I'm ashamed I ever wore any tags under Anime Empire. If you want the truth. (Besides my own.)
I made promises to you which I backed out on. Why? Because you threw me for a loop and changed course. As soon as fanfest happened the SoTa PoP that I had initially drawn up everything with was gone.
Everything changed.
Moreover, Heim, before SoTa even finally came to HvLP you had been telling me about your desire to go to Nyain San and the only reason you stayed for as long as you did was because I asked you to.
WE started this together, us three:
Heimdallr69 = Left for Nyain San after a month or two, told me he biomassed when fanfest came out as well, and stopped talking. So much for the "never giving up", eh? ;)
SoTa PoP = Threw his account into biomass the day fanfest came out. I had to talk to you to get you to unmake that decision. Imagine, you would have had to start from scratch with Legion if it had not been for me. You were ready and willing to abandon everyone at the flick of a switch. Taught me a lot about the type of person I was really working with and because of this new revelation the foundation that I had already built began to slowly crack.
This whole thing was supposed to be with you two... and where were you both? Where were YOU? I ****** up, because I was the only one who was still there and the contract forged was not ever supposed to be on my back entirely. I was left to be the one to carry everyone back into relevance after you self destructed and I failed. Because guess what? That wasn't the deal. I don't make good on promises I never made and I certainly am not loyal to people who abandon me.
At the end of the day, I was there. Even when my internet went out, I went out of my way to be there for everyone. Because that's what a good person and leader does. You find yourself in a drought? Even if I hated your guts I'd still give you water.
What you may or may not have done in the beginning, SoTa, is beyond me. All I know is that the definition of the start lies within the finish. How did you finish? How did you leave things? Same to you Heim.
You constantly were talking about people with passion. How you wanted people with passion and it was a requirement. But out of all of us, I'm the one who's still burning. You burnt out at the sight of water.
This isn't an argument. This isn't a conversation and this sure as hell isn't up for discussion. The only response that needs to be made from the both of you is an apology to me. I won't read anything else.

There are only so many words I can say to you and I cannot control whether or not you believe the words I speak are true, but I will deliver this with 100% sincerity and be genuine with you.
I would have never kicked you.
Ever.
The only reason I kicked your alts is because when I came back I conducted a purge. You left for NS, weren't talking to me, and I had no idea what was going on with who so I did what was needed to be done to get organized and hopefully pick up the pieces by starting from scratch. I kicked over 50 members who were inactive or alts.
If you had stayed in the corporation though, I would have never kicked your alt. If you had kept in touch, I would have never kicked your alt. You are you. Not only are you are great player, but I cared about you very much. I don't feel that I should have to repeat this fact so many times as I thought it was already out there. You really don't understand the depth behind what I'm saying, do you?
So, believe me or not, I would have never kicked you and I took no satisfaction of having to kick your alt. I took no satisfaction in parting as friends and I'd like to say that I had nothing to do with it. That's all on you.
But, in the end, I'm glad you're happy. Sad to hear that the majority of NS has left the game though. I actually legitimately miss Nyain Spambush.

OMFG I have missed you so much. Add me back plz. My main PSN is jediprincess777. Add me back or I cry and you die. If you remember correctly, in our local chat, this is a democracy. You can either be ruled by us your entire life or have your head chopped off. You were sure we'd have a high approval rating and you were totally right. Spot on.
Anyways...
You know that time I jihadded two tanks at once? Well, PFFF, let me tell you I thought that was my greatest moment in DUST EVVAAA, but OMIGAWD two days ago! OMG Kaughst!
You know the map with the table top in the center and the towers? Well... I have learned to fly dropships and I took one up to tower to clear them out and lo and behold there was a railgun tank up there... and a sniper. So, I jump out of dropship, shotgun sniper. Then I proceed to hop on top of tank and toss remotes down... Well, what I was not expecting was him to start moving. Next thing I know the tank is flying off of the tower with me surfing on it the whole way down. I feared for my life, but turns out I just rode it the whole way down to the ground. Now, I knew my basic remotes weren't going to destroy him. I just wanted the damage WP, but turns out HAHA he did damage to himself from impact and I jumped off of tank as soon as it hit the ground and blew him up. HAHAHAHAHA OMG So Awesome. I wish you were there. :(

Well, not me. I figure the best way to resolve a problem is by addressing it. If the problem isn't solved, I usually just remove myself from the equation.
:/
I just get it all out there! But, I've been thinking lately that my proactive nature is causing problems in itself. Sometimes you create problems by trying to solve ones that aren't even there. Push someone hard enough because you're afraid they'll leave, and they'll go crashing out of your life in a heartbeat.
It's counter-productive.

I'd still be there if you had nothing to do with HvLP but keep putting it on everyone else. You're a terrible leader but it's everyone else's fault and had nothing to do with you. If I would have actually been a leader like I was supposed to be I'd claim my fault in the fall of HvLP but let's face it I might of been a director but I had no leader roles whatsoever. Are you kidding? Merge with Rampage? It's still a stupid idea and you should feel bad for even suggesting it. It's proof you couldn't hack it as CEO that you went running to another to solve your problems.
The fact you saw that as me undermining the group rather then preventing it's assimilation into another goes to show how far up other peoples asses you are. Let me see if I get this:
In the beginning of HvLP it was Heim, SoTa, and I.
Heim left.
SoTa left.
The entire idea of Anime Empire was for everyone to work together to achieve something amazing.
You both left ME to carry everything on my back alone when I was a "CEO in training", according to SoTa.
The deal was that I had a job and I would do it.
You both had roles that I could not fill, especially in terms of PC and logistics.
Instead, you bail on me and all of the plans we had together because you both got "annoyed" and rage quit, and I'm the bad leader?
I'm talking to the people who came up with the plan, am I not?
After you both left it was no longer yours, it and the responsibility of the people in it were ALL on me. So, I had free reign to try and attempt to find any resolution I could to the problems you created. You forsook your beloved Anime Empire (The DUST side).
When things don't go according to the plan....
Well, you expect me to follow along?
When I make promises with someone and they break all of them, I'm taking them to court for Breach of Contract.
"Pay attention to the fine print. It's far more important than the selling price." - Frank Underwood
GG was VERY EZ
Like it or not, you're both known as rage quitters. You backed out of the game and backed out on your team.
You don't get to place blame on other people for losing the PC. In so many words, f_ck off.
If you're going to be bad, be bad in bed.

That much did make me a bad leader, but at least I wasn't the one who beat the dog.

Those same leaders have obviously built cohesion, synergy, and chosen each other over a confidence that was planted and then watered carefully under the rising and setting sun of time, which we also didn't have thanks to CCP.

I've been learning a lot about confidence lately. I have been insecure because I thought I was helping people, but all I was doing was hurting everyone around me, especially myself.
Let's just say I have had a life altering revelation about confidence. It really is the key to success.

So true. If you want to hear a story:
My friend was talking about how he almost always trusts his gut.
I got to thinking about confidence.
The same friend also informed me about how I am trollbait...
Which got me thinking about insecurities.
Trolls feed off of people with insecurities.
I have been subject to trolling, because I was confident about something and ignored it because I "felt" that I shouldn't be judgmental, maybe somehow there was a chance that I am wrong. I didn't want to "feel" like anybody else would think of me as an arrogant prick when I may not actually know what I am talking about.
Trolls, and people who do not have your best interest, feed off of that little bit of doubt until it mutates into something unprecedented.
Then I started thinking about people who are confident in who they are and what they know. How there are people who, even when they don't know, they still win because they bluffed with a **** hand. Their poker face was THAT good or how one of the greatest moves in chess was a guy sacrificing his Queen.
Then I thought about the one time I ever stood up for myself in school.
I couldn't do anything in reality, but I told this girl what to do because I was confident in myself and that she was going to do whatever the f_ck I said because I told her to. That was that. There was no room for discussion.
This girl had knocked over my stuff on purpose on the way from Gym to Lunch and I snapped. I told her that I was going to stand there and watch while she picked up my sh!t and that I wasn't going to move until she did it. The teacher tried to get involved and I basically told her she can shove it where the sun don't shine.
This girl could have made me look like a fool just standing there. But, no, in front of the entire class she did what I told her to do even though she literally didn't have to. Because I had confidence. Because I had confidence, an adult, who had the authority, bowed down essentially to a 13 year old girl.
Later, I was told this girl was going around saying how she was going to kick my ass but only other time I heard from her was when she was kissing it.
In the words of a character from Bakemonogatari, "I don't know everything. I only know what I know." :D
Confidence is a beautiful thing. I also went on a hunting spree and found out a bunch of information, proving myself right about everything my discernment was initially telling me.
It truly does feel great to be back. :3

You're just another one of the many fanboys applications of which I rejected to my fanclub. Call me an elitist, because I have recruitment standards.

The last thing I will say about HvLP:
It was amazing.
Try to understand this from my perspective:
I had helped create something I loved with people I loved.
I really felt like sh!t because everything was great and everything was about to get so much better.
I had my best friend with me and, together, we recruited players until SoTa could finally actually wear the tags and bring everyone else along with him.
SoTa finally joined, everyone started flooding in with him, and two days later my internet went out. After planning for months.
Fanfest happened.
My best friend and I fell apart.
SoTa was rightfully hurt by the company he had invested his time in and didn't want to play the game any more.
He had told me he was there for me, but I didn't believe or feel it. I didn't want to bother him, so I said nothing.
Besides all of that, what I did say wasn't communicated.
So, I do take complete responsibility for my end. I finally got my internet back and I didn't do what needed to be done because I was at a complete loss as well as completely lost.
I shouldn't have continued to ***** about this whole thing, but I did so because I have been EMO.
I was extremely hurt in more ways than one, but that doesn't excuse what I did because I was hurting. I really LOVED HvLP.
I'd like to call for a truce.
I don't hate any of you, I should have handled it differently than I did, and no one should pass the blame. Although, I do blame myself for my actions, lack thereof, my words, etc. Can't change any of it... I can only move forward and make sure I am a more confident/secure person in the future who handles things with grace and maturity.

That's why I keep a rouge band of racoons around me at all times.

If you think the only one hurt was you then you're mistaken. Try not to forget Sota and I put over a year of planning and ISK into this and then we allowed someone else to be CEO, and let's face it, it doesn't matter who did all the work for building the corp at the end of the day what the CEO says is what goes. Sota and I never fell apart what fell apart was you. Not saying it's your fault but imagine when the two people who built the corp don't get along with the CEO. Also I stole dems and took him to FF14 with me which is where he's still at. I thought about making a new acc on there.

That's not the conversation that SoTa and I had.
According to him, I was supposed to be community manager but holding the title of CEO.
I just owned up to my side of things. I really don't know what to think, Heim. What am I supposed to think? I'm tired of thinking. I'm tired of the questions I have to ask myself, because you won't answer and I'm tired of trying to read your mind. Even when I have come to you and you have spoken to me you have lied to my face.
Like I said, I own up to everything I did wrong. I made a lot of mistakes.
The only one who didn't get along with me was you. As far as SoTa goes, we're watching anime right now. Do you know how many fake fights I've had with SoTa on the forums just because we're bored?
The difference between you and him is that he is my friend. He tells me straight forward what's going on and he communicates.
2 days ago I loved you, yesterday I felt nothing but hatred and disgust for you when I realized what was going on, and today I'm just sad. Every single problem between you and I was literally completely unnecessary. A series of things that didn't need to happen. I was a f_cktard and you did whatever it is you did. Why did it have to be so hard? It really didn't.
You should take a lesson from SoTa and be more straightforward. I haven't liked everything he's had to say, but at least I know it's coming from him. That's how he feels and what he thinks and he doesn't have a problem saying it exactly how he thinks it is.
ALL OF THIS didn't need to happen and ALL OF THIS wasn't ALL of my fault. It wasn't all of yours. And it wasn't all of SoTa's. You don't really apply in the fall of HvLP, although you did apply greatly in the fall of B1ack ice. If that counts for anything. No one blames you for HvLP.

1. Full squads?
I don't run in full squads all the time. In fact, I prefer to either run solo or with 1/2 people maxx.
2. Proto?
While it is true that I like to run proto, because I'm B1ack ice and proto suits are, in fact, black. (Seemed fitting.)
Right after 1.8 came out, and I stopped giving as many ***** as I used to, I recall a match where you were solo against me solo. I was in an ADV Caldari scout suit with a MLT shotgun and I killed you in every single role you're most likely specked into. You went through a lot of changes that round and none of them really worked like you probably thought they were going to.
It is true: Pub matches are not PC matches. Therefore, they really don't count, right? EZ mode.
So, then please tell me why you're going negative in EZ mode? If you don't enjoy playing the game, and run out like a chicken with your head cut off, like you claim, then you obviously take no enjoyment in playing pub matches. Therefore, why waste your time and play them at all? You can always just AFK in the MCC and get your SP, so don't use that excuse either. LOL
I love when a player "with skill" is going negative in a match that takes "no skill".
