You must then scroll throw a menu of your operational uplinks to select the one they want. The idea being only True Logis care enough to go that extra mile. Then teammates spawn near the person carrying the receiver. This would actually make a scout be something more akin to what a scout would do instead of just being a pseudoninja and also would make logis mean more and more important to protect (They have to stay alive in order for you to spawn after all). Brick tanking a scout suit since April 2013!
