Anything to shift the meta around a bit would be nice.
I wish they could change something with the timers to make fighting in matches happen the same day.

You take the Gallente Lag Facility and you set in on fire. Put the ashes in a box, strap it to a rocket, and shoot that f*cker into space, preferably towards a nearby star. Next, get one of those red flashing things from Men in Black and purge everyone's memory of that atrocious, horrendous f*cking facility.
Do this and I will build you a shrine. But you won't remember the map, why would you build a shrine for something you know won't remember?

Once again, Fracture Road and Border Gulch are far too big for 16v16 gameplay. If we had 32v32 it would be perfect. |

why are they too large?
I feel they are perfect. Vehicles will play a greater role in transport, but other than that I feel they are great.
Anyone else agree they are 2 large?

Bigger is better.
Last night, on a small map, my corp redlined the enemy team because we could cover the whole redline. It was boring.
What percentile of Dust514's infantry arsenal belongs to the category of machine guns?

It would turn PC into small 4v4 skirmishes while you play ring around the rosey. No more 32 mercs going balls deep in the city. |

There's nothing wrong with bigger maps, prevents a one sided boring battle. Unlike a certain SI.... *cough* cargo hub *cough* |

Border Gulch is the only map that might not be so unbalanced that it wouldn't be fun to play.
@ Madden, I think it might be kinda interesting even if it's not particularly productive.
@ Zat, Yes it is definitely too large. Your guess about vehicles is right- whoever has the best railgun tanks would instantly win the map because they'd be able to kill transportation. Still, we've lived with maps that are also bad in the rotation (all of them).
I kinda doubt that they're willing to change it after all this time in general, though. I suspect they could do it from the server side, but it would take enough effort to figure out that they won't see much return value on putting resources in that direction.

I think bigger maps wouldn't be bad at all.
I remember back in the day that KEQ had a shortage of vehicle dudes, is this the reasoning? I like the diversity. I like needing a bunch of different roles. It wouldn't be a bad thing if rail tanks were more of a thing again in PC, but I think it would actually be ADS vs FG over the high ground.

No.
I'm just as tired of the same 3 maps as everybody else but I think it will water down the fights too much. I like going 16v16 in a slugfest rather than fighting small battles with half a squad. |

Anyone else agree they are 2 large? you could play on them but the game play would be kind of boring with squads so spread out with not much action. but yes i would be open to trying anything new after playing on the same maps for so long. what would be epic is a fast attack squad flying in an ADS and hot droping on your objective in the middle of nowhere like a navy seal.
