The United States is actually the only country in the world that doesn't legally require employers to give time off to their employees. Iceland on the other hand has a minimum of 24 days, though typically paid time off runs higher than the minimum (as it does in the US since our minimum is 0). China only requires 5-15, though my guess is that CCP likely has the same vacation time policy across all studios for simplicity, and likely follows the Icelandic minimum as it is the most out of all the countries they have studios in (to the best of my understanding)
So likely, at a minimum, they get 3+ weeks off, but that number is probably a bit higher than 24 days. |

That's interesting. Not giving specifics, are there significant differences in the amount of vacation time between the studios? Or are they fairly similar overall? |

That's kinda what I figured, and it makes a lot of sense. Its unfortunate that you need to work on the weekends to make up for the holiday time off. I know I pretty much exist for the coming weekend, so to lose that, even for a holiday, would be a pain in the ass.
