Here is the part that your analogy leaves out.

The lack of clarity here is disturbing.
Are you going to bang the sister until your ex-girlfriend dies? Or are you planning on banging the sister until the sister dies? And by "until she dies" do you mean "the rest of her natural life" or do you mean...you know -that you're going to bang her to death? Lets say it's the latter; that just brings up other questions: Why would she die from you banging her? Has this happened to you before?! Are you doing it correctly? -because people shouldn't die. Does she need to be unplugged first from some sort of life support? Is she really old? -The original story never brought up age. Let's say you're banging her and you're....almost finished. -and she dies. What are you going to do at that moment?

Here's a better form
The girl you've been dating has a job opportunity that means she would have a better quality of life. It means that she has to move outta country to get it. Of course, you don't want to leave. You know everybody in your town. People know your name. You're small town famous.
She presents you the idea about moving with her. She's excited. She feels her new job promotion can be more beneficial for the both of you. She doesn't want to hurt your feelings, but she knows she must move on. The small town is that, a small town. The new location provides opportunity, new sights, and of course, growth. Because she has feelings for you, she wants you to go with her. She can't make any promises, but she knows its a good start. Her talents would finally be appreciated where she goes.
The question is, would you feel betrayed knowing that she has an opportunity to have a better life, period? Or would you harbor ill feelings because you figured you two would always remain in that small town? A town that isn't going anywhere. Or would you be a man aka grown up about it and realize this opportunity is best for her. That with or without you, if you love her, you would understand that she needs this opportunity. She's always dreamed of big things. Who are you to make her feel bad for going for that opportunity?

Seeing as "her sister" is the object, obviously I am referring to her. "Until she dies" refers to her terminal illness Badplayerbase and Awfulcompany Syndrome. It will suddenly cause her death at some unknown and unknowable time. SO!
