I would also like to clarify, this is NOT a "DUST is dead" or "CCP is terrible thread". this is only a quest to show that we NEED to find out exactly what their roadmap is. If i could put it in the simplest terms possible, i would want them to "take 30-60 minutes to treat us like the CPM/CSM and let us know what to expect for our beloved game." |

without starting a conversation, i would like to throw out there that i really like the idea of Legion, as long as its not at the expense of DUST. development on the PC can add a lot of great things to both games, as long as they don't sacrifice what exists for what is a concept. |

Who cares. It's over. Their position is gone. CCP will have servers online to test legion ideas and things until contract is over and legion is ready. You have what, 8 months i think. It's over. so, i took a look at the devblog again...
rouge states that theres still alot more "shooting-in-the-face action" to come, so we at least know that they intend to continue running the servers.
all the same, keep the support coming, we need to know what the future of DUST is, what are they bringing to the table, how can they tie DUST and Legion together so that content progression continues. |

All along I was meant to believe, that I was playing a game with a promise to be awesome. Now all of a sudden, it seems to be dumped...or not...or just a bit... The company should provide a clear plan for this game and communicate it openly. I can live with any decision, as long as there are promises for a better gameplay I can rely on in MY decision wether to continue to play or move or whatever. This policy of insinuating there will be big news for the game I played for the last half year, only to be told the game I was hoping MIGHT not be the game I am playing today is plain frustrating.
Make decisive plans, communicate them openly and then stick to it. That is what an MMO with its neccessary community needs. |

ok guys, can we please keep this constructive and moving in a foward direction. Rouge got on stage, and told us DUST progression will continue, and there will be ports to Legion, im happy with that. DUST is not dead yet. Im happy.
THEN, IWS types in here that their working on it with the community team. not sure what their working on, but its good to see some sort of extra response.
so again, keep up the support. i would like to ask people to "constructively" start posting questions in this chat. i will edit OP and title to reflect this. |

Well they told me to shut up on the forums... (however far more nicely) and last I talked they do know they screwed up. Hence an unscheduled EVE TV interview and that insertion (which was not planned as far as I know) at CCP Presents.
As another thread pointed out the silence is hurting and I agree. But I am not a blue tag which is what you need the most around here now and not me answering everything.
And yes pleaes ask questions Ill tag this thread when they start popping.
I will try to keep you or force a blue to keep you up to date now that the muzzle is off on both ccp and cpm.

Really appreciate you doing everything you can within the NDA IWS.
To everyone else, the best thing we can do right now is get some real constructive questions that we feel need answers all centralized here so CCP can go over our concerns and figure out how to move forward with their community. |
