so, i took a look at the devblog again...
rouge states that theres still alot more "shooting-in-the-face action" to come, so we at least know that they intend to continue running the servers.
all the same, keep the support coming, we need to know what the future of DUST is, what are they bringing to the table, how can they tie DUST and Legion together so that content progression continues. |

I just want to know if they are shutting down Dust and if so when and i dont want to have to wait until the last minute to find out. If they plan to scrap the game then they just need to tell everyone that they are doing so and when they plan to do it.

All along I was meant to believe, that I was playing a game with a promise to be awesome. Now all of a sudden, it seems to be dumped...or not...or just a bit... The company should provide a clear plan for this game and communicate it openly. I can live with any decision, as long as there are promises for a better gameplay I can rely on in MY decision wether to continue to play or move or whatever. This policy of insinuating there will be big news for the game I played for the last half year, only to be told the game I was hoping MIGHT not be the game I am playing today is plain frustrating.
Make decisive plans, communicate them openly and then stick to it. That is what an MMO with its neccessary community needs. |
