If you need a proto suit and or cloak to be effective as a scout, sit back down and let us pre 1.8 scouts do the actual scouting.
Cloak is not needed to be effective as a scout, or post big numbers. Situational awareness is all you need.
NOBODY needs 80 sec of cloak for anything other than literally sitting there cloaked with a shot gun for a random red dot to show up.

But you have to agree that this guy is seriously over-reacting. Hell, the number of cloakers has actually been going down as some people realize they can't get away with it with basic skills.

overreacting? nah, I can't say that either. People stop playing games because of cheesy mechanics. It's not fun to die to cheesy ****. In the same manner that it isn't fun for new players to get stomped all the time. Anyone that leaves because of any of these things...I can sympathize with.
