And here's why...one hour..we may have had an epic fight on the satelite costing untold millions..which always ends in people saying GF and PMs being sent out and guys chatting...the next hour...the same guys you just fought..are the guys coming to your aide Vs some random fleet. We may fight each other to support our dust guys...but any other fleet is red...which in turns makes you guys temporarily blue! So no need to chirp Eve side. Were loving the fights. Don't know how that has any connection to my post refference EVE...But...I literally just checked the Dust Alerts on twitter to check what you ment. I didn't see and TSO corps take any districts...but I did see a few lose a couple. Please clarify what you mean. This is why FA will continue to be targetted..because a few of their members talk so much trash. You win some fights..and immediatly come onto here to brag about it and rub it in. I mean, congrats on winning a fight, sincerely proud of you. Maybe your opponents had an off game?
Zatara, I truely respect you, we had some good chats/negotiations...BUT..you need to keep some of your guys off the forums with their random chirps or brags when they win. Its getting FA targetted and discrediting you as a leader. If it came down to a vote to cease hostilities VS FA and concentrate on the other corps..if vote for it. So that you can rebuild. But every chirp slowly eats away at that.

I've seen AE talk more trash on these forums than anybody (I guess I wasn't around for the Imperfect's reign of terror :3).

Escrow and AE blitzed us we lost some districts because Zatara had real life things and we didn't have enough of the right people on they blitzed the other half of our Districts last night and lost every single one we even had a 5 cap for a moment in one battle they barely got to armor. So while no districts were taken AE and Escrow failed 7-8 battles. When was DDB relevant?

Only me and rampage go on the forums tbh. And we didn't trash talk much on Saturday or Sunday. So I'm not sure where you're seeing these trash talks from AE.

Winning battles doesn't get you districts, though. Launching attacks from other districts does. And to do that, you need your own districts to not be under attack. Something that is currently impossible when your enemy holds nearly everything in molden heath.
You happen to have them because you inherited them at a time when nobody else gave a damn. That's all there is to it.
No sense making a big fuss about us losing districts. There is quite literally no other outcome here. What else are we supposed to do? If everyone wants you out of PC, you're going out of PC. It's just a question of how many times you get to punch your opponent in the nuts before you're finally expelled. |

You are correct and this was a design flaw we identified for PC before it even went public. CCP put tried to make clone packs affordable so compensate but that just created other problems. Since PC clones are passive any group that has even a few more districts than you can just bombard your districts with clones and deplete you thru a war of attrition.
Even if you won most of your battles the shear numbers that can be sent at you would eventually cause you to lose. There really isn't anything that can be done by CCP with PC 1.0.
If you haven't noticed PC as it is now means nothing to me and I wish ccp would just turn it off (they would have had to actually add content to replace it though which they aren't capable of)

Bottleneck the fights. It's the real reason people started locking in the first place. Nobody cares for having a million timers. |

Not a chance ccp hate bottlenecks in nullsec. They dont want a risk board where you fight on the front lines as it doesn't make sense.
Also having to defend multiple timers is one of the few things ccp built into PC to try and limit amount of districts that can be held by a group

I just never see that happening. One of the few things ccp got right with pc 1.0 is that there is no war fronts. There are district based clone attacks and clone packs.
You do realize what you are asking for would give control of most of PCland to a few corps. what if AE only had to defend 1 out of 5 districts. RA could own and defend all of PC

Whatever the intended reason, the timers absolutely kill it. Just having a paltry 8 districts means we have to fight for 8 hours straight. If you play EVE and you have hundreds of players in an alliance who can do that stuff, its manageable to an extent. In this game there are far fewer people capable of being considered A-team material, and individuals burn out easily if you push them for too long.
It's bad game design.
Timers are a different thing and there was no other option. If you dont have timers. You go to bed and wake up and NS controls all of districts in MH. CCP learned from FW in eve years ago. Plus you would get nothing but empty fights as attackers would wait till district owners were asleep an take it.
I always thought you were a sensible poster but this seems a bit desperate in looking for an excuse now. Especially since what you are calling for would allow small A team to control a lot more of space than is already possible.
