I saw the picture of the snazzy red minmatar suit and was instantly intrigued, but when I clicked on it in the store front the so called "Faction Combat Pack" wasn't in the list. I was highly outraged and traumatized by this act of false advertising.  |

Now, I am no expert, but if I had to guess, it may be that, while the PlayStation store updates on Tuesdays, Dust deals start on Wednesdays, so, this particular content may still be 'locked' until downtime tomorrow morning. Again, I don't know this for sure, but it would also explain why they didn't really tell us about these packs yet.
xSivartx is my Heavy. There are many like him, but he is my own...
So, other Logi's back off, those are my Warpoints!

2 - Germany has all 4 Packs missing (sorry, Germany)
3 - SCEA (America) players cannot redeem their items

BTW Saberwing, you and the rest of the Devs are doing an awesome job with this new pack. With previous packs we have barely gotten any info from you guys, and I've seen a blog post, a forum post with specific details, and the continuous updates with this thread.
I'm not saying that we need this kind of info EVERY time there's something new in the marketplace, but the extensive info with this pack PLUS all of the other posts you've been replying to is exactly what I think a great community DEV is supposed to look like :D

Well I called sony for my self and the tec says the pack are showing being purchased but no way for them to push the download that it has to be on the game end. The only thing he could offer was a refund. |

I remember seeing all these suits on Singularity back when the 1.8 dropsuits/weapons were found. I was hoping they would be special rewards for reaching level 10 loyalty in FW :(
Hey, they still could be... 100x racial (combat pack) suit reward for reaching level 10 with a faction in FW.

Whats going on with the faction packs? Why could you not just sell them for aurum? Aurum is already in the PS store with no bugs.
Now we have to put up with this, with the first actual pack that is not completely useless since BPO's were removed. |

Any thoughts on forcing this to download? I've heard buying another one will cause both to deliver but I'm not interested in giving Sony or CCP any more money until this is fixed. I chatted with a Sony rep and they said I have the 'entitlement (non-refundable)' and that its up to CCP to deliver.

The thing that really irritates me about the situation isn't so much that there was an issues with delivering the goods to the players that made the purchases. It is that CCP has such a poor level of professionalism that they are continuing to sell the pack via the store, and advertise them in the Marketplace...knowing we won't get what we purchased! Pull them until the issue is fixed. It shows a very poor character to continue to sell a product that is known to be undeliverable at this time. |

I think people that are purchasing them now are not having problems. I was told yesterday that those that purchased during the first few days and didn't receive their items will be receiving a voucher in the next day or two. I filed a support request so that CCP knows that I'm missing a pack.

OK! Confirmed. I bought a pack when they came out and didn't get it. Today I decided to try buying another one from psn on my computer. When I logged back on to dust, all 200 copies of everything was there; I had to assign them all to my character.  |

CCP Frame and some undisclosed team made a valiant effort last night but still no joy. If the pack isn't there when I login today then I may break down and buy a second to try and get it unstuck. Effort matters but sometimes a complex system is complex and you do what you have to do.

EDIT: Found a PSN mail this morning that says a refund is inbound so that I can repurchase. Looks like my case was seriously FUBARed.
I got the same PSN message. I bought the second pack today & received the original one. Not sure if they're going to still refund me....I guess I'll find out.
side note: Totally worth the wait. Matar Command suit looks BADASS! |

Check your assets...like go create a new fitting and see if you have the 100 suits.
I thought it was going to be like the event items where you redeem them to one character, but it just applied them to my current character and updated my assets.

Yeah, once a day I check assets and then check by creating a new fitting to see if the Republic Command suit is available. They said they were going to reimburse the money in 1-2 business days but that was right before the weekend. At this rate I'll be surprised to see the money returned before Wednesday.
