With previous packs we have barely gotten any info from you guys, and I've seen a blog post, a forum post with specific details, and the continuous updates with this thread. Pull them until the issue is fixed. It shows a very poor character to continue to sell a product that is known to be undeliverable at this time.

I think people that are purchasing them now are not having problems. I was told yesterday that those that purchased during the first few days and didn't receive their items will be receiving a voucher in the next day or two.
