Hi all
Just a quick Status Update for you. Here are the 3 issues we're currently aware of:
1 - The Caldari Pack is missing from SCEE (Europe)
2 - Germany has all 4 Packs missing (sorry, Germany)
3 - SCEA (America) players cannot redeem their items
The issues currently aren't on our end but we're working hard to get them resolved. Sorry, and will keep you posted!!

Really sorry about these issues guys. It's out of our hands unfortunately and we're waiting to hear back from Sony. I'll keep you updated when I know more and we hope to have the issue resolved ASAP.

I have an update for you on this friends-
SCEA (Sony America) is taking steps to rectify this issue. This will be messaged out to you over PSN and a refund will be issued through PSN.

Hey mate, out of curiosity, how did these items get delivered to you? I'd like to pass that feedback back to the team here. :)
