Dude how the heck having 25 million SP and playing Dust for the last 8 months makes me a bad player ?

I play scout, I like the speed, I also die what I am saying is that Speed + Lag makes it impossible to shoot somebody down. I think you defend the scout because you make good amount of kills with them and you just want them to be kept OP. Its like trying to defend the Rail Rifle wich is the flavor of the moment.... In any cases have you seen the number of scouts now, dont tell me its not another Flavor of the moment which is like all the rest unbalanced... I know my rant will fall into the cracks anyway because most of you scrubs just want to find the next exploit and kill new players to feel good about yourselves. A review of this game today will find the same failings as it had before, total pit full of people that would sell their mother to have a wall hack. God I miss Quake3 and punk buster....

A proper fitted Scout in this game is probably the best assault suit in the game because of the latency, low framerate, and terrible hit detection.

Speed hacked Scouts are called speed hacked for a reason, its exploiting what's wrong with this game (although, it was way worse back in the day).

I think that Scouting is easy once you get the hang of it. The greatest tools in all of FPS are POSITION and STEALTH, the Scout gives you that. You may not always get as many kills as your RR toting teammates, but chances are you'll die less and get the kills that matter.

Scouts also have a psychological edge. Once a player knows there's a Scout in the area, they get paranoid.

I used to watch red dots through wall... just stand there and watch them... they would be spinning in circles knowing I was near by. Sometimes I would run a scanner and scan them just to freak them out even more. I wouldn't even attack them... just watch.

Scouts are amazing, IF you feel like spending the millions upon millins of SP it takes to build them to their potential.
When 1.8 drops, it'll be just like 1.7 was for tanks.
Take all the skill out of it, make it easy-mode so a grandma can do it...

Cloaking is total nonsense and is a crutch for no-skill Scouts and OP for the vet Scouts

CCP we got the point,

The ultra fast impossible to kill scout with creodron shotguns because your game is laggy as **** and impossible to scan or detect in advance is totally anti-fun, has nothing to counter.

I am making a prediction, the number of player will drastically drop when the cloaking is introduced and again a FTOM, an invisible player killing people making 50-2 without even any cloaking device is as game breaking as 5 tanks dominating the map with no possibility to get back into the fight.

Imagine that game with the cloaking device.

There is just too much exploits in this game it also sports bad level design which makes it incredibly frustrating. Either reduce scout speed or fix the lag, the effect right now is the same as a game totally hacked and impossible to play with any hope of balance.
