Speed hacked Scouts are called speed hacked for a reason, its exploiting what's wrong with this game (although, it was way worse back in the day).

I think that Scouting is easy once you get the hang of it. The greatest tools in all of FPS are POSITION and STEALTH, the Scout gives you that. You may not always get as many kills as your RR toting teammates, but chances are you'll die less and get the kills that matter.

Scouts also have a psychological edge. Once a player knows there's a Scout in the area, they get paranoid.

I used to watch red dots through wall... just stand there and watch them... they would be spinning in circles knowing I was near by. Sometimes I would run a scanner and scan them just to freak them out even more. I wouldn't even attack them... just watch.

Scouts are amazing, IF you feel like spending the millions upon millins of SP it takes to build them to their potential.
When 1.8 drops, it'll be just like 1.7 was for tanks.
Take all the skill out of it, make it easy-mode so a grandma can do it...

Cloaking is total nonsense and is a crutch for no-skill Scouts and OP for the vet Scouts

You " play scout" or YOU ARE A SCOUT? Cuz dude if you were a full time scout, I'd know ya, and if you were a scout you wouldn't post such foolish things. So let's just say your not a scout and you never put one point into percision or damps or range and you use non of those mods, now let's assume you only pay attention to what's in your tunnel vision. So take off a few mods and play smarter by getting you percision and profile under 36 db then add a range mod to get your vision past the first ring, maybe this will help your situational awareness. I ll let it pass that your really scared that scouts are gonna feed you your feet in 1.8 and that you regret only spending sp one damage mods , rr pro 5 an a gal LOGI . But I promise you, the true full time scouts are gonna make everyone know how they have felt dying so fast for a yr, so don't go crying OP when there ment to be the most situationally aware suits in the game. Pro tip: Stay with your scanner friends sounds like you can't watch your own back Dead trigger master , an ya I do that ISH ON PURPOSE!

All side arms pro 4/5 2 light weapons pro 4 2 proto race scouts Fully max drop suit upgrades except rep tools Fitting optimizations on most guns at 3/4 2mill sp unallocated for a cloak. Respec would be priceless! Dead trigger master , an ya I do that ISH ON PURPOSE!
