In September, another sci-fi FPS RPG-style game that starts with a D comes out and its developers eat, sleep and poop their game, tweaking it for release and a very long life. Dust is fun for what it is right now, which sadly is a place holder until this mystery game comes out. I love Logi-ing, but if there isn't going to be any additional content, I'm going to have to go get my FPS/healer fix somewheres else. And heck, I won't even delete/biomass. If the game does end up getting better in a year or so after I leave, I should have a nice fat chunk of SP to mess around with. Strange I also am looking forward to a certain game being released in September that also starts with a D. I also won't be deleting my character just in case this game lives and succeeds on after I get bored of Destiny if I do. After Uprisings release the forums were a bad place, I'll never forget how CCP screwed up so badly.

The last fan fest was just discussions about what's possible and what CCP should do. There's no problem discussing what should be done but there's a problem with such a failed release. The bit of game play they showed of uprising got us all excited, and it seemed like the game was moving forward but since then the game has barely moved forward. After Uprisings release the forums were a bad place, I'll never forget how CCP screwed up so badly.

Pve might come before 2015. Open world definitely won't. No boarding titans any time soon. The next year of this game will be spent on fixing what is broken, and releasing what should already have been in when this game went to a "released" state. If you think there is going to be some massive expansion of the game over the next 18 months, you are in for some heart break. I stopped hoping for CCP to move this game forward at anything resembling a respectable pace. The only thing I expect from CCP is lies and disappointment. It will take a solid year of not shitting the bed before I put any faith in CCP to do anything right, let alone make this into a game that I would actually encourage people to play it. As long as i'm satisfied they're addressing the core issues holding DUST back and their intention appears to be fully integrating DUST into New Eden, i'll be here. As long as CCP can stand their ground against the mewling masses and write an FPS worthy of New Eden, and if CCP appears willing and able to handle the technical hurdles DUST faces i'll be here. As long CCP is building this game with the players(for there is no other way to bring a virtual universe into being) i'll be here. But if nothing concrete happens in 1.8 or at fanfest i'll be playing this game with a rubberband for the forseeable future. I support SP rollover.

Every single Addition or change CCP has done in Uprising has been massively under delivered on or extreme unbalanced fundamental game changes.. Basically if CCP did one thing they said they where gonna do they would be men of their words. As it is right now they are that kid at highschool that Lies about everything. the only grace they have is their Big brother CCP Rouge showed up Mid semester and is vouching for them now.

I dont give a fck about pve. I wont untill I see video. I care about 1.8 and potential respec period. So you only care about new suits/ new ways to play the same lobby shooter we're all stuck in? I would LOVE to see those new things, if they get this lobby shooter we're stuck in to not be an annoying chore of Proto and Tanks. But yeah, I would wait if the pubs started to be less hellish. GTA:O... just say'n If Destiny has clan social networks we need to form one with Dust in the name. Nothing too cynical like, "Dust Deserters," nor something easily misconstrued, "Dust Bunnies." All other game I've played have gone gold and come on a disc or DD. With this game, I've been able to play it through 5 different named iterations and 7 point updates under the Uprising title. I've seen it changes from a rough ass E3 build to 1.7 and just being part of and involved with a game that holds such promise is fantastic. I feel that the game is with me on my way through life and as it grows and develops so do I. I don't mind the ups and downs of development because the things I'm developing in my own life (not a game haha) also has ups and downs. I know from my own experience that priorities change and factors arise that can boost or stunt progress. You won't ever see me dooming and glooming as negativity isn't in my nature. I have Optimism Proficiency V with a couple of complex mods fitted. I just roll with the punches, ride and ebb and flow of circumstance and change and walk steadily and purposefully to my goal and I see CCP doing the same I'm not enslaved to this game though, while I have invested considerable time and money into the game, I can and will walk away from it in an instant when it no longer serves as a positive and fun part of my life. But, who even wants it? Well, the QQ will be fantastic, but this is just another lobby shooter. Plus , SOE has been dumping f2p games left and right. Free Realms had more players than DUST DUST 514 Super Scrub Level 262 Forum Troll Play, or play not. There is no balance.
