To even get above 50 kills in this game you need so many factors to be in your favor that are out of your control. To almost solo the other team's available clones is called boosting. If he had killed that many, the match would have ended before he had time to kill that many. Skirmish and Dominion both have 150 clones so if he killed 139, did everyone else only get 11 combined? No way, the persons he killed all those times HAD to have been resurrected. No one would keep penning their friends to just be killed my a maniac on accident, so the entire thing is clearly staged.

Person B is an alt. The biggest issue with this method of boosting is that sometimes Person B is not always an alt nor a cooperative player at all. Sometimes it can be an unwilling player who got lured into a spot away from battle by an AWOXer (Person C) in his team only to be forced into becoming KDR food for Player A and is stuck there until Players A and C feel like calling it quits mainly because Player B is unable to select any option to deny the revive or kill himself.
