I've gotten 70 kills camping the mcc spawn. But 100+ is impossible without boosting.

The last time that I had confirmed boosting photos, submitted and full reported on DJINN MORBID, DJINN BAPHOMET, SPIKE2000, BLOODY REQUEIM AND BLOODY SYMPHONY... Well guess what GM did less than nothing, all were and still are to this day heavily kill boosting on OCEANIC, they arr still active accounts.

I now don't know what disgusts me more. The fact that duna2002 is clearly boosting, the fact that when someone is caught they dont care because there isnt any consequenses or the fact that as per the above rule of thumb quoted by a CPM does not ever guarentee that there will be anything done to stop it from ever occuring again on the characters reported for it.

This is what I see as a terminal blackspot in more than one process here.

Key to that, is the scum that do it in the first place.
Secondly, the 'policing' of such should be as transparent as fitting the act.

So, how do you tell, exactly, who is boosting and who isn't? Because, I'm looking at the leader boards and these Niyan San folks, duna Corp and Ancient Exiles look like they are boosting, since they are constantly at the top all the time. I do not know how someone can get 12 THOUSAND kills in one month or 2.2 THOUSAND kills in a week unless they are constantly playing and have someone on the other side they are killing and picking up constantly.

Please state what metrics you are using and how you can definitively tell if someone is or isn't boosting?
