Also tried the ishikone sniper rifle If I have to use the charge sniper to ohk people most of the time, its just sad, snipers need more zoom and damage 2 exiles assault rifles, Skinweave caldari frame, Staff recruiter militia frame, Templar set

Hell, today I managed to take out a heavy with my charge. Not in one hit, but as he was homing in on me to kill me I was pretty glad I managed to finish him off. When I play as a sniper, I'm more likely to be nearer to the opponents redline than my own.

Even if you were to wait with a passive SP until you are over 510,000 SP, the first match you would play would be straight to public. You can not buy the charged sniper rifle with 500K SP, its needs around 750K. Meaning you can't bring a charged sniper rifle into academy match.

No, I had 736k passive sp, I played 1 game with 850 wp and another eith 200 wp, I will still in academy 2 exiles assault rifles, Skinweave caldari frame, Staff recruiter militia frame, Templar set

That sounds like something EZ Mode might ask for. Sniping should be all about position and precision. Making it in too forgiving would defame legitimate snipers, as EZ Tanks have soiled reputation all Tankers.

I don't have a problem with that personally. Or it takes the bad hit detection that every sniper knows we have from bitter experience. When I play as a sniper, I'm more likely to be nearer to the opponents redline than my own.
