Can't say i blame them. Many people in our corp use to play Dust then just gave up on it since EVE just has more options. Selling Rare Templar BPO's 250Mil ISK

Anyhow I can see why some people feel fed up after over a year of this stuff, I was about to stop playing for good 2-3 months ago, but stayed because I enjoy time spent with my corpmates and alliance members. I was seriously ranting on the forums back then too, lol, even got a warning in my e-mail from one of the devs because I called them monkeys when reffering to the progress made on the game. I remember towards the end of Codex, after pretty much everyone was in proto gear, he started to run nothing but militia gear just to show off how bad everyone was compared to him. In that single act, he may very well have been the cause of so many players quitting before Chromosome hit (other than those that quit because of the missile issues)

I remember towards the end of Codex, after pretty much everyone was in proto gear, he started to run nothing but militia gear just to show off how bad everyone was compared to him. In that single act, he may very well have been the cause of so many players quitting before Chromosome hit (other than those that quit because of the missile issues) Ahh Zitro. I remember first time I saw him in game he stood out because he stole some kids tank and started shouting at him in team chat to "get some gun game, tank spams boring" and then proceeded to rip on him for having a speech impediment. I was in tears with laughter. The Imps made so many people furious I couldn't help but admire their ability to farm tears. Try to kill it all you want CCP, I still <3 my laser.

I see you are still here and TBH, you aren't one of the names I was referring to. Do I think CCP is doing everything right? No. Am I willing to let CCP take their time and get their FPS legs? Yes. However, I will say that CCP needs to be more concerned with setting themselves apart from run of the mill shooters rather than trying to steal a piece of Activisions pie. Am I saying that they can just let shooter mechanics go out the window? No, though they have made progress with that in the long run, might not be the greatest though it is coming along. If Dust is meant to be an MMOFPS, both halves need to be addressed simultaneously rather than allowing one half to be neglected to atrophy while the other half gets the silver spoon catering. Many of those names wanted just that for the FPS portion of Dust, **** the MMO, focus on making a shooter and nothing more. They are the ones I say good riddance to. The only reason I'm still here is because I'm a director for a corp full of awesome people who don't take the game too seriously, and the only thing I find enjoyable is flying a dropship around. The infantry gameplay, IMO, is terrible. This game doesn't even resemble the game we were sold during the beta.
