I just bought the new starter pack and did not see it in my dust account(Did not receive any of the contains, Items/AUR ).
So like to ask anyone that have bought the pack and having the same problem?

So it just not me.. I having this feeling the new Mer starter pack is bug (same name as the old, ID Bug) or the new suit Items ( 'Stahl' Assault C-I) not in the EVE/Dust Server yet.
It has to be a Sony or EVE client Bug, one or the other.

I'm going to give them until tomorrow, then I'll submit a ticket. But I am kind of bummed we didn't even get a response from CCP.

I given CCP one more day before ask Sony Support for a refund.
And right now I'm feeling CCP can give a rat ass crap about the new Starter Pack and the people that paid for it.

It's funny they just did a dev blog on the new starter pack but we still haven't received it. I guess they need to anger more people before it's fixed. |

Think I'm going to play some other games for awhile to burn off the feeling of rejection. Zelda sounds pretty good right now.

Edit: Warning: Do not BUY. CCP has not address and have made no comment on the issue after 24hour of being reported.

Just gotten a reply from CCP support, was told because "could not find any trace of the purchase you are referring to" and to contact "SONY Customer Service"
Look like CCP have no Idea the new Starter Pack is BUG.
So anyone getting the same crap happen to them just call Sony Customer Support.

LOL CCP even going a blind eye on this and not even replying anything like "We will look in to this further" or asking questions. All hope is lost to the last who spent money on Dust to support it.

But I bought mine through the in-game marketplace, CCP should really have some trace of the transaction as it has to pass the information to PSN and receive an error or success message! They can't just wash their hands of this!

Btw, thanks for the notice CCP Frame. I'm ok with things going wrong every now and then, but a quick heads up would be much appreciated. It's very disappointing to feel like you're left in the dark over something like this, especially when a small post would have gone a long way in providing some relief... T-T

I see that CCP is looking into this, FYI, something you can do too.
I had this issue ONCE, IF you tried to purchase off dust market, DID YOU HAVE ENOUGH credit in your PSN wallet.
If the wallet needed a topup it may not complete the purchase of the starter pack, mine didn't.
Just check your PSN wallet for added cash if you did.
Basically, this will not purchase the pack but just add money to you PSN account. :)

I would like to know what kind of compensation can we get for this pack as i bought it only to buy active boosters to use on the SP event, and now i dont have aur or money to buy another one. |

Yeah me too as I only had yesterday morning to play and so bought it to use it during that time, after a few games of my stuff not appearing I got desperate and purchased the 4000 AUR pack for another couple of bucks just to purchase the booster and apply it but only got to use if for approx three games.
Come on CCP, this isn't good enough, I only get around 10 hours play time a week and this really screwed me over. I don't mind spending the money however as I love dust and have had hours of free play out of it but this is just frustrating.

I can't speak for everyone but I knew 100% that I had more than enough money to purchase this and the starter pack still glitched. I think this is just one of those times where it really wasn't working and there was no fault on the customer's part.
