Same. haven't sent a help ticket yet in case it will appear later on today but it's kind of a bummer. I hope one of the CPMs/ Devs reads this and responds.

I'm going to give them until tomorrow, then I'll submit a ticket. But I am kind of bummed we didn't even get a response from CCP.
Not even a "Oh, sorry, but they'll show up downtime for tomorrow." Just nothing. T-T

Just logged in a couple of minutes ago. No starter pack. ._. Think I'm going to play some other games for awhile to burn off the feeling of rejection. Zelda sounds pretty good right now. T-T

lol, should have looked at this right before submitting a help ticket. Oh well, now CCP knows. o_O
Btw, thanks for the notice CCP Frame. I'm ok with things going wrong every now and then, but a quick heads up would be much appreciated. It's very disappointing to feel like you're left in the dark over something like this, especially when a small post would have gone a long way in providing some relief... T-T

I had this issue ONCE, IF you tried to purchase off dust market, DID YOU HAVE ENOUGH credit in your PSN wallet.
If the wallet needed a topup it may not complete the purchase of the starter pack, mine didn't. Just check your PSN wallet for added cash if you did. Basically, this will not purchase the pack but just add money to you PSN account. :)
just something to look at maybe. :)
I can't speak for everyone but I knew 100% that I had more than enough money to purchase this and the starter pack still glitched. I think this is just one of those times where it really wasn't working and there was no fault on the customer's part.
btw, I love your name. ^_^ Makes me think of Silent Hill for some reason. o_O

Oh, and while I doubt we'll get another dev response, is the fitted suit a different color? I hope it's the blue one that is shown on the market page. ^_^ please bring more color schemes. \(^..^)/

Same here. I wasn't seeing it, even after CCP said they had fixed the issue. Then I downloaded some stuff from the newsletter and they appeared. I think it's still glitched out and won't appear unless you queue something to assign.
Kind of a quick fix if you have a newsletter redemption code, but for those who don't, asking them to buy something to get something they've already bought seems like a poor way of finishing the transaction. o_O
oh well, fitted suits look cool, but I was hoping the blue was a lighter teal color.
