well, I submitted a ticket. Hopefully it will help. Just logged in and I still have not received my items.
Oh, and while I doubt we'll get another dev response, is the fitted suit a different color? I hope it's the blue one that is shown on the market page. ^_^ please bring more color schemes. \(^..^)/

It's working for me now, well I bought some more AUR and it gave me the starter pack I was missing at the same time as well, thanks CCP. |

(this may require full PSN log out and log in due to issues that we encountered with PSN purchases)
I bought it from psn store and it didn't have it at the log in to assign to my character slots. |

This also worked for me. I just purchased a 1.99 AUR pack and i got my previously purchased starter kit added as well.

Same here. I wasn't seeing it, even after CCP said they had fixed the issue. Then I downloaded some stuff from the newsletter and they appeared. I think it's still glitched out and won't appear unless you queue something to assign.
Kind of a quick fix if you have a newsletter redemption code, but for those who don't, asking them to buy something to get something they've already bought seems like a poor way of finishing the transaction. o_O
oh well, fitted suits look cool, but I was hoping the blue was a lighter teal color.
