Each individual round does less damage than an AR, and the clip magazine is less than an AR; the fact that its burst makes the magazine deplete even faster than an AR. I don't see how the magazine size makes it OP.
A weapon being able to kill 2 or 3 people with one magazine doesn't seem like a problem to me.

Maybe you just had a very good game, not exactly proof of a balance issue.

It has huge dps, only SR, HMG and possibly shotguns beat it.

Or maybe you're just good at the game and the people you were shooting at are'nt very good. I also find that a lot of the time one side of a whole team can be lagged out for whatever reason, making for easy kills.

Yeah and laser is also over powered. I know this because I went 33-3 with it yesterday.

It has high DPS, but not as much as the numbers would suggest; its completely dependent on how fast you can pull the trigger.

Okay enough of that...I wanted to make a point here.
I finally figured out why everyone keeps saying this weapon is OP. Originally, I didn't understand it but now it finally hit me.

I know when something is unfair. I know when something is being abused, or when it is cheap. This weapon is well...it's slightly overpowered.

But not is the way you might think! It's just an ammo issue. Really, the weapon just needs to have a smaller clip/magazine size. The fact it has 54 rounds before reloading is the problem. You can spam the weapon for a long time before having to reload, and in that time you can take out, two, three, even four people.

If we reduce the size of the clip, spamming the weapon will result in the user having to reload more often. With each burst being as powerful as it is, I feel this is a decent enough tradeoff. The Scrambler Rifle has the downside of overheating if you spam the weapon, so why shouldn't the CR have something similar that reduces the ability to spam?

You guys all act like this is common for me.

It really isn't. I hardly ever get more than 20 kills in a game. The fact that I got almost 50 kills in a match without even trying is concerning to me, not impressive.

So obviouslY this happens every match you play. You wouldn't be silly enough to think one match results are definitive of anything.

I'm not that good of a player, but if a weapon used in the right way turns me from average to pro, and then I play for a few more matches and get the same results...of course I feel these results mean at least something.

If I can play against a bunch of randoms and get only 35 kills with prototype stuff, and then play against a full sqaud and get 47 kills with basic gear...it has to mean something.

I swear, the rest of you keep twisting my words and keep thinking that I'm trying to say things that I'm not. Edited again for people that I keep confusing.

If you fire as fast as you can pull the trigger, the gun fires in irregular bursts. If you stay in "rhythm" with the gun though, and press the trigger as soon as one burst ends, you can fire it at almost automatic speeds.

The scrambler on the other hand...

This was the first time that I actually used this weapon properly. I also don't JUST use the STD combat rifle...

This wasn't just a one time thing. I am getting similar results now EVERY TIME I use this weapon and it feels off. I don't like it. I don't want to like it. I don't want my favorite weapon to feel OP.
