Okay enough of that...I wanted to make a point here. I finally figured out why everyone keeps saying this weapon is OP. Originally, I didn't understand it but now it finally hit me.
I know when something is unfair. I know when something is being abused, or when it is cheap. This weapon is well...it's slightly overpowered.
But not is the way you might think! It's just an ammo issue. Really, the weapon just needs to have a smaller clip/magazine size. The fact it has 54 rounds before reloading is the problem. You can spam the weapon for a long time before having to reload, and in that time you can take out, two, three, even four people.
If we reduce the size of the clip, spamming the weapon will result in the user having to reload more often. With each burst being as powerful as it is, I feel this is a decent enough tradeoff. The Scrambler Rifle has the downside of overheating if you spam the weapon, so why shouldn't the CR have something similar that reduces the ability to spam?
FML..... Its a Pub... I can get those results on a 6m SP alt... if you score high in a public match it really proves nothing. Take those results to a Que Synced FW match or a PC and test... because unless your trying it on competent people its not really a good measure of ability in the gun.
Most vet's can get similar results with near any gun in the game in a public match. |

It really isn't. I hardly ever get more than 20 kills in a game. The fact that I got almost 50 kills in a match without even trying is concerning to me, not impressive.

We stopped having to "Try" in 1.4? This game has been unchallenging, killed any sense of achievement and plagued with a giant Nerf/Buff cycle that has ruined specialized roles in the game.
This game isn't hard no more or challenging or feels rewarding when you get good results. EST 1.4 September/2013
The vet has to try even less then ever.. I have "X" health New player has "X" health I lock on with "AA" he locks on with "AA" my damage and health points = i win. Individual aiming is out of the equation. But I was supposed to be challenged by killing someone without AA when they had it? Do we really look that gullible?

My gawd people like this makes heavies such a confused class in the game.
People want heavies to do more damage then a DPS and be a Tank at the same time... So you want them to have more killing potential then a DPS class and more Health being a tank class then everyone? >.>
Heavies need to be a tank... not a DPS class... this allows us to bridge mid range Assault variant stalemates... Push well defended objectives with Heavies in the front, logis on their back and assault's providing cover fire.
Until people realize we NEED the tri-star MMO function in DUST for all this persistent skill system and suit variants to work this game is always gonna have a massive FOTM and Balance issue.
