In case you didn't realize and you don't frequent Dustcharts.com ...
the Elite corp that was once A.N.O.N.Y.M.O.U.S and their Brother corp Unn0wn Killers are done.
Vivi Nos stole the entire corp wallet from Unkn0wn killers and went to Outer heaven .. they then used the isk to attack all anonymous districts.. which weren't locked .. because insiders in anonymous made sure not to have them locked.
Unkn0wn Killers was called upon to handle the outer heaven war... but with double, triple and eve quadruple stacked timers , there just wasn't enough mercs on. Unkn0wn did what they could and protected a few districts .. while the crumbling of anonymous was already in it final stages. Preston & har1equin took the billions of isk and divided it amongst a few members .. and are all now part a default corps. THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND RAN. They never even gave any money to the Unkn0wn members that actually stood around and battle for their districts. TRAITORS. This was already in the process of unraveling once the Tsol war was over with. Greed lad members to stab other members in the back.... greed for imaginary money..
the remaining anonymous districts are under attack and there will be no one there to fight for them as they have been sold to the corps who are attacking. If the REAL CEO Anon illuminati was here .. this would of never happened, but he left unworthy people in charge who then put even more unworthy people in roles .. and the rest is history. Regardless your opinion, A.N.O.N.Y.M.O.U.S at its prime was a near unstoppable force and it will be greatly missed.
Egypt Musk , Ceo of Unkn0wn Killers, is stated to have said they aren't going anywhere... yet their districts are under attack and no one is saying anything about fighting for them. He also sold the clones in those districts and left just 1 clone in each district , so even if there was mercs ready to fight for those districts... 1 death would turn them right over. TRAITORS. After several attempts to contact A.N.O.N.Y.M.O.U.S field commanders or anyone in charge .. nothing is being said other than ... they will reform .. or make a new corp... ....... for what?
A.N.O.N.Y.M.O.U.S had 20 districts and Unkn0own had 5 ... and now A.N.O.N.Y.M.O.U.S is down to 6 .. and Unkn0wn has 3 ... they will all be gone by tomorrow...
NONE EARNED ... ALL SOLD .. OR SCHEMED FOR
Outer Heaven is garbage. They set this up with help from the inside. They are not skilled. They are not "slayers" ... they are posers and no matter how many districts they hold .. this exposes who they really are. A.N.O.N.Y.M.O.U.S at its prime would of ripped this toy team apart...
I suggest that if you want a district .. attack Outer heaven .. they have a 16 man A team .. and maybe 12 more decent players . after that .. they will get scrubs as ringers for them .. like pradox and dark legion ... both sh!t corps too ...
their timers over lap. Attack and take back districts with war.. not schemes. And to all the TRAITORS that made this possible .. eat a fat 1.

Nobody took the money and ran. The people who earned the money distributed it amongst the people they felt deserved a portion. I'm very sorry if you felt left out but it WAS NOT billions... lol I don't want to talk specific numbers but 50% of what was taken was redistributed and the remaining is being held to start a new corp. The people involved did what they did because it had to happen. I am NOT posting from an ALT because I want to set the record straight. Harly didn't even have a single thing to do with it and Illuminati is too busy on his PS4 to give a **** so bringing him up is a bad example bro.
This was probably one of the most amicable corp dissolves in Dust history. No one here is mad except for the people who don't know what is going on and that does suck, I agree. But believe me. It had to happen. ANON is nothing of what it used to be. I made a lot of friends there and I hope to continue to squad and kill redberries with all of you.
As for that scrub Vivi, he deserves all the rage you can muster because he really did take the money and run.... But it was completely unrelated. Egypt has stated that Unknown isn't going anywhere because it isn't. It has a large playerbase and it will just go back to being exactly what it was, a trainer/casual corp. The reasons the districts are being sold off is because something needs to be earned here after all that hard work. We can't just let people come in and take everything ANON/Unknown worked for. Basically, if we couldn't defend them (which we couldn't) it would all be for nothing.
All of these decisions were made on the DL and that is the only sketchy thing that has happened. Everything else was with good intentions in mind. I don't know why everyone has to jump to such a doomy outlook.

Meh, no big deal. I highly doubt any of those guys were hurting for ISK. They'll either spread out amongst the higher level corps, run NPC corps for a while, or create another over night super corp, only to dissolve it again not long after (Molden Heath Police Department?). I see a lot of threads stating PC is doo doo butter, and I would imagine a bunch of the guys got bored with what was suppose to be the highest tier of Dust gaming.
Every time I try to walk away, something makes me turn around and stay, and I can't tell you why

That's a pity.
My main was recruited by ANON back I think in beta, I stuck with them for a long time untill I had to take a break. I spoke to ANON and he mentioned he had a PS4 now and was enjoying that.
Its sad that there is so much backstabbing in EVE in general. People say they like it but if you ask me its a sign of weakness.

The way these "top-tier" corporations have their gun-game is going in pubs to spam their Duvolle logi suits and Core Locus grenades for an easy and cheap victory when they're not farming hundreds of millions of ISK from their half a dozen districts in Molden Heath.

People are translating mechanics for combat in other games where such things are limited into a sense or "moral rightness" in a video game. So when the option is opened up in this game, it must be 'wrong' to do it.

despite my distaste for such forum threads, I can confirm that ANON broke up. I know more of the story than what most are posting, but could care less. No one is a shining star out of those mentioned with the exception of Harlequin and Preston... Harle tried his hardest to make the corp work, but he ran into the same problem that caused Trapper/Illuminati to quit the game (yes, no speculation, I've talked to Trapper thoroughly on this). Try losing a Sansha Nation Revenant with an ISK-conversion value of $9,000 in Eve Online just because someone used the meta game on you. That's a lot of money to lose in a single battle for a single ship. Up until that point there were only three such ships in the market. Now there are only two and thus their value has now at least doubled.

7. to get some clarification as to whether its gone for good .. or returning under a new name .. or joining another corp |

The CEO, Directors, and Accountants have access to the Wallet. Terrestrial Management Officers can use Corp funds to purchase Clone packs, but canGÇÖt take ISK out for their own use. Personel Directors, and Terrestrial Combat Officers donGÇÖt have access to the Corp wallet.
If a CEO wants further control over the funds they can setup a Bank corp on an Alt, and only give Alts of people they trust access to the funds in the Bank corp. This can also be used to give Alts of people from other Corps access to the funds without giving them access to the main CorpGÇÖs working capital.
The other advantage of a Bank corp is that the transaction record is not immediately wiped by people paying taxes on Pub match payouts. So it is easier to track transactions to make sure things are on the up and up. |

Exactly. I have been playing Eve Online since 2008. Practically half the lifespan of Eve itself and I have been through a multitude of corps. Some very powerful ones and some minor ones. I can confirm that Trust is something that is so valuable that it's worth more in its weight than gold.

Some Corps will be harder to anhylate from the inside than they are to beat on the battlefield, while other corps may contain the best FPS players, but fall like a house of cards at the slightest poke. Good management is as important as good solders in DUST. |

Vivi Nos to the best of my knowledge did not have directorship and managed to do what he did because he knew one of the directors personally and knew his password... Really, this happened much earlier than the anonymous events and did not effect anonymous at all. It only effected unknown killers, which held only a smaller portion of isk and territory.
Really, we were only able to beat 0.H once, so they were stomping us. However, they didn't even attack our home planet which had, I believe, 11 districts? 0.H had taken districts we didn't care about that we took from TSOLE, but we were winning all the attacks from other corps that were at that time on our home planet. They were winning the war, but they didn't destroy us unless you consider the emorage they caused by winning that one battle the cause of our demise. It's up to interpretation, I suppose.

Yes, lol. Apparently we had some people getting too bloodthirsty, running off of A to attack the last objective and we lost everything as a result. People thought that we lost that battle horribly, but I thought it was just another really good fight. Instead of an AAR and proper productive reasoning and trying to use it to improve, we had people who were saying they were out of the corp. |

Either way i predicted this to many players including the wallet being stolen once i stepped down hence the reason i stepped down. i had a vision for a clan im a great leader and even a better friend but greed is what killed anonymous and made alot of people stop showing up once i left because they too also seen this.
if they didnt quit they left before the storm hit and me and them already spoke firmly about it.
but whatever much luck to them.
im no longer in anonymous myself nor am i looking to join a clan as i hardly play this crappy game that has many issue and will never be fixed or upgraded to a ps4.

isk would have been made and paid if things woulda went the way i had planned. but when u got players constantly stopping you from doing these plans because they are bored and wanted to do more pc and constantly start wars with other corps then yes this puts a brick on plans so nothing was paid nothing was earned but ego's.

When I say, "new"..I should have wrote, "relatively new". And I say relatively because you came to dust with players from 5*K, correct? You guys werent bred from dust and state joined you in dust.
I can get behind the idea that state may have had a following in your corp and maybe why you were hesitant to kick him. It's just different for me....cause if the drama got too unbearable, then I would have kicked him and whoever wished to leave, could have.
Only way I'd step down is if I decided not to play dust anymore or my activity would dwindle for whatever reason. But everyone's different....I couldnt fathom allowing a recruit to run me out of RND.

he didnt bother becuase nex gen counsel is here and has moved on to games that im sad to say are better atm........ i had to leave my leaderboard position in other games to keep my meager score in dust and collect skillpoints as i have very highhopes for this games future hope im not disappointed some times i wonde if i cose the right game still still but im enjoying new build very much

im still the creator and leader and none of the guys that left are original players from 5*k those guys are on ps3 playing battlefield 4 minus 2 or 3 who will remain in anon till they get a ps4 i didnt abandon the corp i truely thought they would get their stuff together but i wasnt coming back until they did.
but its obvious you lose a few pc matches and all hell breaks loose.
no most of the guys in 5*k are battlefield 4players now just waiting on them to get a ps4 is all.

Include people rage quiting in the middle of a pc match and core players not coming on for pc from being burnt out. No need to get into it, I've been faithful to the corps I have been in, and that is all that matters, I never tried to hijack this fool's corp, didn't steal it's money or it's players, I guess if you lie enough you start to believe it, I even tried to stop him from leaving before he did, is what it is, but I would have happily left the corp if I knew there was a problem, and why would he think I would take half his players if I left? being the CEO he claims, this would have never been a viable question, and it's the second time he's bailed on his corpmates as CEO

sometimes the best way to avoid problems steve is to just not deal with them at all. that is what i did.

Alright, so let me break it to everyone being as - up until three days ago - I was one of the lead directors in ANONYMOUS (still am but I'm not acting like it).
Here's the jiffy. We got out of the war with TSOLE, did the ceasefire agreement, yadda yadda yadda. Got attacked by Outer Heaven, all fair and well we knew they were going to attack us anyway; it's just their nature, they're like Russians in Eve Online the only guarantee you'll ever have with them is that they're going to attack you at some point.
Now, what was really interesting is when we were talking in our public channel about which districts they attacked - something we were highly amused with being as all the districts they attacked were previously owned by TSOLE before they failscaded and even more importantly OH didn't attack the two districts we were going to be giving back to them as par our ceasefire agreement, as well as our home districts on Aeditide.
Literally within five minutes of me saying that those two districts were attacked and we knew there was someone spouting information to them; we just didn't know who.
Little while later Vivi Nos, who had only recently returned to the game, ran off with a whole hundred-eight million (108,000,000) ISK and the "inside" threat was pretty much nill because ole dude said; "Eh, **** ever being trusted by anyone again" as many have before, which is perfectly fine because this is something we [ANONYMOUS] had prepared for long in advance and many of the directors had safety stores of ISK in case it ever -did- happen as we had, on a few occasions, jokingly robbed ourselves in fake "turn-coat" practice runs.
Now. As far as being taken out from the inside? This is absolute, 100% bullshit.
What -REALLY- happened is we played the first few matches against Outer Heaven and considering that we had already gotten out of a war with TSOLE a lot of the directors all came to the same mutual conclusion: The game ******* sucks.
ANON Illuminati, our previous CEO, resigned when he got the PS4 and gave it to Harlequin 13 who had also quit Dust 514 because he was experiencing the (much better) game Eve Online. Originally he and I worked very closely to get the corporation back on track but eventually it occurred to the rest of us that playing on the same ******* maps over and over and over again wasn't fun for anyone and there were way too many mechanical imbalances (Logi master race, grenade spam, terrible map design) in the game to justify being king of **** mountain.
Just saying, 75% or more of PC is the Cargo Hub infrastructure and that will -ALWAYS- be the Orbital Artillery Outpost, which just happens to be the most broken socket in the entire line-up simply due to the rings and towers.
Cross all of that with PC Lag and round-the-clock timers and anyone would get pissed off and throw their controller through the television like I did.
So no, it wasn't because of ONE turn coat or because of some insider conspiracy; it's because we all pretty much came to the same fuckin' conclusion just about everyone else has (or will depending on how long you've been in PC).

Well perhaps its time for me to voice up and say wow, you know its truly sad...When egypt recruited me i was a bit reluctant, but after playing with you guys i truly thought i entered a brotherhood of gamers, that would continue to play with each other over many more games to come. Yet the last month or more you could see this brotherhood fall apart one by one. Anon/ Iz yes you where the better leader and under you it was a brotherhood. But lets face facts you abandoned this brotherhood over a fight/ps4. You know whatever your reason was, offcourse i don't expect you to just accept it all, but abandoning your brothers in game over that, really? No offence bro, but to be a leader you must act like one and perhaps with those words some may learn from it for other corps/games to come.
I do believe that after Anon left, Aeon and Harl tried to do there best in keeping a sinking ship afloat. But some people are meant to be leaders and some are not. And Aeon your meant to be a politician, but not a leader in the sence of that leadership, despite it beeing a game, is a full on job. And i believe that once you lost your interrest in the game, that bit of leadership went away with it.

Or hearing things like egypt or state was pulling his rank as a director and saying i'm the director bla bla bla. No offence buddy, but beeing a director means jack ****. It entitles you to **** all. Not to mention its a ******* game for crying out load, so lighten up a bit. If you had leadership abbility's in you, you would know that trying to be a dictator in a corp, that was if i'm not mistaken founded on democracy, simply does not work other then have fights with eachother and people leaving in the end. And State i might not have played alott with you, but when i did your agression was truly felt, to all parties playing and dude thats not normal.
So as for the ship sinking and yes even i jumped ship in the end, i think each and everyone of you had your parts to play in this and you's need to own that, be mature.

Honest to god I never really tried to be a leader though. I'd get served up on a silver platter to take command on the field and I would often do so reluctantly or outright refuse, I enjoyed being the politician because it was my strong suite =P
A long long time ago someone told me that Democracy doesn't work in Eve Online and I believe it. We gave it a good, solid effort but you can't have democracy in a game like this, where different opinions always clash. We all have different goals and ambitions. ANONYMOUS truly started to die off when we stopped Q-Syncing in Faction Warfare, which is where that 'brotherhood' bond was most prominent, albeit that was before we made a solid try at PC and started frothing at the mouth with ego.
Harle and I knew it was going to happen one day or another. Took a lot of preventative measures to make sure no-one wound up with too much power and we worked our asses off day-and-night (Harle especially) to stick with the alliance (Renegade) and do our part. In doing so we sort of lost touch with our own corporation, our own affairs. Nothing really wrong with that so long as there is someone willing to step up when we couldn't always be there and in my case it wasn't that I lost interest in the game (christ I'm still playing it lol) it's just that I lost interest in Planetary Conquest. We had 23 districts and were without any real direction other than surviving.
One more thing I want to add, we didn't leave the districts unlocked because of some stupid inside job - we ALWAYS left the districts unlocked because we thought it was a bullshit tactic. Only times we ever locked our districts up were for practice matches with Unknown Killers and holidays xD but I love propaganda so whatever people wanna believe.
Anyway, good on you Damios. It's a small game, I'd imagine we'll be sharing a nanohive again at some point or another.

It's not nearly as useful as one might imagine. Specialist Assault Rifle has 50-60% reduction in CPU/PG whereas the Specialist Plasma Cannon has a 17% reduction in CPU. Which is a whole 19 CPU (which becomes less and less as you figure in other skills). Not really worth the price.

I agree it's not amazing or anything but my PLC fit is quite restricted by CPU, even with light weapons op at 4 and PLC fitting op at 4 and electronics at 5. Sometimes all it takes is that couple extra to make the "perfect" fit. But yeah, I was kind of disappointed that it wasn't a little better.

I agree it's not amazing or anything but my PLC fit is quite restricted by CPU, even with light weapons op at 4 and PLC fitting op at 4 and electronics at 5. Sometimes all it takes is that couple extra to make the "perfect" fit. But yeah, I was kind of disappointed that it wasn't a little better.

Its just an outsiders perspective of how things where done. Whether its true or not, it is how it looked and felt to me and proberly others. No ill words intended.
And sorry state, but i aint boosting, even if it could be perceived that way. All i'm giving is my oppinion nothing more, nothing less. As for Dust well it is a game of patients and despite the state it is in, i doubt it will end anytime soon, so i'm not going anywhere. Bugs offerred me a corp Euro style and thought that might be better for the moment, so i'm not that far away.
And i look forward to playing with and against many of you. |

I played several builds of closed beta. I think I came in on the third or fourth. I've also been in PC since the very first land grab.
I've played long enough to notice everyone who rages over a death or over a lost battle.
