DUST Search - Combat Rifle

I am calling for a damage nerf. It seems that with about 4-5 bursts I can kill an enemy, whereas the Rail Rifle requires a much larger degree of skill to use.

EDIT - some people are misinterpreting my test purpose:

I am NOT TESTING THE WEAPONS ABILITY. I am testing how EASY IT IS TO USE on first impressions. I picked them both up and decided how much skill they require to use... and the Combat Rifle clearly requires much less skill.

I don't see how it's OP just because you are good with it.Certain playstyles suit certain weapons.I absolutely hate the CR and love the RR because I suits me better.I use to love the Tamsen and the AK-103 in MAG(though I NEVER played on SVER,just scavenged their weapon) because the slower ROF and high damage worked well for me,especially when the game got laggy.I've used the CR,and as a person that runs Caldari Assault,it's garbage for me.What suit were you running?Maybe this would make a big difference as well.

Nerfing the CR will make the Rail Rifle and Scrambler Rifle look OP but really if one rifle is lagging buff that ONE RIFLE up to par. But even then the AR is still a hella viable weapon. Do Not Feed The Imperfects. Feeding them may disrupt the natural setting.

Though the simple "It kills me, so it's OP argument" claim off yours isn't really valid, for I have yet to see a "Nerf CCP's Art Department thread. Tanker > Logi > Scout > AV > Heavy > Assault > Sniper > Ninja > Forum Warrior. And more weapons than you can count!

I use militia medium Gallente Suit and I have beat proto newberries advanced etc. It is pretty much a Burst Assault Rifle with better over damage as -5% and +10% gives you +5% The high ROF means it pretty much gives an extra shot when you pull the trigger over the burst AR With just level 1 in skill in the CR I am getting very easy kills. A burst rifle should not have such a high rate of fire I would say but I know nothing about weapons The CR is simply too easy to use Against shield and armor it is not balanced Maybe %10 and -%10 or -5% and 5% I am not using any damage mods Proud Christian Jesus Loves You

I know right? I just solod multiple heavies(not at same time) today using the Breach AR, and one Cx damage mod. Thing's still a beast, people just like their new shiny(or rusty) weaponz.
