First match on my main i took my recruit BPO and tried it with the rail and the CR.
Rail won tremendously.
Don't CQC with the RR? Seems to be my advice.
Railrifles are easy as $h1t to counter: peekaboo and burstfire.
On the other hand, the RR wins unanimously at the Adv tier around 80 or so meters.
RR also has no recoil for the first 3-5 shots. So burst fire it.

Fine, make my prediction true.
I'm only going to quintuple damage mod it and run it like a scout, instakilling anyone with the uber l33t power of complex damage mods and (eventually) prof V.

The Assault Rifle kills me the slowest so if we bring the AR up to par

It's all relative. Nerfing the CR will make the Rail Rifle and Scrambler Rifle look OP but really if one rifle is lagging buff that ONE RIFLE up to par.
But even then the AR is still a hella viable weapon.
I know right? I just solod multiple heavies(not at same time) today using the Breach AR, and one Cx damage mod.
Thing's still a beast, people just like their new shiny(or rusty) weaponz.
