On the contrary, tank speed is a VERY good thing. It means tanks have more of a "shock trooper" role. Come in, do massive damage, and leave for a minute of whatever. If you have a proto AV squad keeping watch it'll probably be pretty reasonable to kill these tanks but otherwise, if left uncontested, these things will be able to do good damage again! Ill have to reserve judgement on this one, it really depends how easy they are to destroy, to add high speed to a unit that already has so many advantages against infantry it has to have something else lowered to be balanced.

If this becomes the game of troll tank 514, where they role in, blow the **** out if everyone and leave, this **** is going to get real old real fast.

I used to run a rail fit and take out tanks all day! I remember taking 6 out in 1 game. if people actually could see the enemy, then there would be no AV to attack the tanks, because the only tanks would be those behind the redline. I believe this is why tanks in RL aren't just infantry slayers.

Assaults were scissors, AV were paper, and Vehicles were rocks Some leniency as paper could sometimes defeat scissors, rocks could occasionally beat paper. Until rock reached patch 1.7 and became an unstoppable killing machine.
