Is being a douche again
Why is this guy our CPM. This is no community representative that I want. He simply shuts out idea and people he does not like or can understand. And actually goes around calling people out on them, all the while insulting.
The hell man, should I expect better of a CPM?

He is actually a very nice guy and he offers really good suggestions for the gane that make a lot of sense but I honestly don't feel he represents the community. It's more like he is a PR person on CCP's payroll.

Someone disagreeing with you doesn't make them a douche. Vehicle users are getting a *partial* respect allowing them to skill out of vehicles if they like (only a few will), people who have no investment in the tree aren't getting one because they aren't affected. I doubt your 400ksp will get you in a worthwhile tank to 'av with'. Maybe it should be a full respect, maybe there will be one when the rest of the racial dropsuits come out, but don't hold out for it.
As far as swarmlaunchers go, their power will *finally* be somewhat appropriate to their ease of use. If you want an av weapon to be as strong as they were before it should have a higher skill barrier, not merely 'center something in the screen for a second and let go of a trigger to get free kills'. |

Not to mention CCP doesn't care what the players think (hence the multiple issues that have plagued us since uprising and CCP just continues to add content.. ) from what I've read neither do they care what the CPM thinks Ironwolf just seems to try really hard to impress CCP because he wants a real job... |

If I understand things correctly, he is just a voice box for the people really in charge. He may suggest things from time to time, but the real power is high above him.
Yes, the president of the United States is pretty much a figure head.
Anyway, I like IWS, and just like real life, the other guy is usually 50 times worse. I like IWS, and I wouldn't mind seeing him stay CPM.

It is true, IWS has been to most active CPM. I don't even know who these other CPM are.
Still yet, the dude has a way of pissing people off. It does not seem right to me, that a Community representative should be treating parts of the community as he does. It's like when people were crying about losing their BPO's. People don't feel Aur compensates.
How does IWS respond, by calling them all idiots. True people were not just coming out and saying that, it was all about sue this sue that. People were upset, and how does the CPM respond, you're stupid.
Yes, I do question whether this man is open minded enough to fully convey our thoughts to CCP. Or to interpret those thoughts much less.

Lol, never my friend. Plenty of people out there that don't agree with me. But just here recently, I've seen IWS make some rather stupid comments recently. That's what has got me so butthurt!
I will agree, IWS has worked with the community the most. His is the only name I really recognize. Though his people skills could certainly use some work, and it would help if he would step off his high horse and join the rest of us.
Community manager? No. There are better people out there for that position.

I beat him up in a game. I went 15-13, he went 2-7. I was using all BPO, he was using ADV ISK gear.
The only time he killed me was a shotgun from behind. All my kills, I had on him while he knew I was engaging him. I was responsible for 3-4 of his deaths.

The only people I see IWS insulting are people acting like d*cks; trolling, flaming, raging, etc. I have never seen him insult someone who was posting a well articulated opinion in a calm, reasonable manner, even when he has obviously disagreed with that opinion.
